| Railway signal is the general term of technology and equipments to ensure driving efficiency and safety.Outdoor interlocking equipments are the basis of outdoor stations and yards’ safe and efficient driving.With the rapid development of railway industry and the increase of transportation demand,new requirements have been put forward for the construction of outdoor station,the development of railway talents and the intellectualization of railway.At present,the design,construction,testing and teaching of outdoor stations are mainly based on two-dimensional drawings and specific three-dimensional stations.The two-dimensional drawings are not intuitive enough,and specific three-dimensional stations also have certain limitations when facing complex stations.3D simulation technology is applied in various industries,with good visibility,is committed to simulating the real scenes.Therefore,this thesis uses 3D simulation technology and computer technology to build the outdoor interlocking equipments models and realize 3D scenes reproduction of different outdoor stations.Based on C# programming language and combined with the theoretical knowledge of station signal layout plan engineering design,this thesis develops a 3D simulation system for interlocking outdoor stations which use 3Ds Max and Unity3 D as Software development tools,this thesis is based on the 3D data of related signal equipments and aiming at the reproduction of outdoor signal equipments and different outdoor stations.Firstly,based on the structural data of outdoor interlocking equipments and field observation data,combined with the theoretical knowledge related to the station signal layout diagram,this thesis use different modeling methods such as simple modeling and complex modeling in 3Ds Max,in order to create a 3D model library of outdoor equipments,and create animation of signal equipments by using key frames.The 3D model library of outdoor equipments mainly includes the model library of outdoor signal equipments,the model library of train-related equipments and the model library of surrounding environment equipments.The animation of signal equipments mainly includes the switch machine’s animation and the switch’s animation.The models and animations built by 3Ds Max were imported into Unity3 D for scene development.Then,the design and development of function for the system are carried out by using Unity3 D engine,system includes three modules: automatic scene generation.The human-computer interaction module uses interaction to realize the multi-view and multi-level design and management of the system interface.The scene automatic generation module uses a script program and based on the configuration data of the station signal layout plan to automatically load the signal equipments and environmental equipments,and reproduce different three-dimensional outdoor stations.The scene editing module uses interaction and combines 3D model input to realize autonomous editing of 3D scenes.Finally,relying on the laboratory computer interlocking data generation system,the main functions of the system are tested and the results are displayed.The development of a three-dimensional simulation system for interlocking outdoor yards provides a solution for the two-dimensional drawing changed to three-dimensional drawings,and the three-dimensional design and display of multi-station yards.It helps to solve the current difficulties in railway construction,testing and teaching,and provides more intuitive and convenient visual guidance for railway construction and testing,making railway teaching more abundant and efficient. |
