| With the rapid development of high-tech information technology such as virtual reality technology,computer simulation technology and BIM(Building Information Modeling)technology,the intelligent development of railway stations has also sprouted.The three-dimensional digital technology of the station yard is one of the important development directions of railway intelligent maintenance.As the core control component of the railway station yard,the switch machine becomes the key component of the three-dimensional change process of the station when the route is arranged.This paper studies the application of 3D technology on the railway,based on the mechanical model of the ZD6 switch machine and related turnout,dynamically displays the relationship between the indoor and the outdoor signal equipment.Around the control method of the switch,the circuit line interface and the communication between the computer and the interlocking system,The ZD6 switch machine 3D teaching software is designed and the dynamic re-display function of the 3D station is gradually realized.Main tasks as follows:(1)Research on the construction of indoor and outdoor signal equipment around the station yard.Firstly,the method of constructing the model using 3DsMax software is introduced.Then,the components of the ZD6 type switch machine are meticulously modeled,and the two types of turnout with combinations involved in the discussion are carefully modeled.Finally,various types of cabinets in the station were modeled,including micro cabinets,IO board cabinets,combination racks,power cabinets,lightning protection cabinets and interface cabinets.(2)Research on the simulation of 3D basic functions.First,the real-time communication function of interlocking 2D software and 3D station software is realized,then the software UI is designed,including “theory” and “function”.Finally,build indoor and outdoor 3D scenes to provide 3D environment for ZD6 function simulation.(3)3D simulation research on the ZD6 type switch machine.First,make display animation of the switch machine,including the animation of each component unit and the overall animation coordination logic design.Secondly,using the C# scripting language,the ZD6 type switch machine manual disassembly function was designed,including highlighting,automatic matching position and sequential disassembly.(4)3D simulation research on the control mode and interface circuit of ZD6 type switch machine.Firstly,the case of manual operation control ZD6 type switch machine to drive single-action turnout was designed,which is intended to show the control mode and line connection of indoor and outdoor signal equipment.Then introduces the design idea of automatically writing the station information using XML technology,combining the automatic generation technology and automatic wiring technology.So,the paper propose the intelligent application mode of the three-dimensional station.(5)3D simulation research on the ZD6 type switch machine arranged by the interlock system.First,realize the roaming function of the three-dimensional station.Secondly,the interlocking software is used to control the ZD6 switch in 3D.So,the effectiveness of the 3D software on the actual station re-display is verified.The simulation study on the three-dimensional change process of ZD6 type switch machine and related turnout is not only convenient to clarify the relationship between indoor and outdoor signal equipment,but also lay a foundation for dynamic re-display of 3D station.Conducive to the intelligence of the railway system. |
