With the improvement of people’s living standard and the accelerating pace of life,urban traffic has become one of the important factors restricting the development of cities.The braking system performance of urban rail vehicle plays a decisive role in whether the vehicle can stop quickly and efficiently in the process of running,and it is an important performance of urban rail vehicle safety.However,with the rapid development of urban rail transit,the number of vehicles in operation at the present stage continues to increase,and the driving safety problems caused by braking system failures become more and more frequent.Therefore,it is particularly important to analyze the fault of the braking system of urban rail vehicles to improve the safety and reliability of traffic.The main research contents of this thesis are as follows:1)This thesis analyzes the structure and the working principle of the urban rail transit vehicle braking system.And analyzes the influence of the failure of the components of the braking system on the whole braking process in detail.According to the components of the braking system as modules,a fault tree with the influence of the braking system failure of urban rail transit vehicles on the driving is established.2)Uses the traditional FTA method and BDD analysis method to analyze the fault tree which is established above to get the MCS and the Birnbaum structural importance degree of each basic event.By comparing the experimental results,it can be concluded that the calculation results of the two methods in the minimum cut set and structure importance degree are identical.However,by calling the traditional FTA and BDD analysis programs for many times to get the running time of the two methods,which proves that the BDD method can greatly reduce the time complexity of the program.3)Then there is a large error in the probability value of the basic events,which leads to the inaccuracy of the results of the importance analysis of the complex system.The method of fuzzy number is introduced to recalculate the structural importance of basic events,which makes the calculation result more accurate.The analysis of the calculation results shows that the electronic control unit plays a very important role in the whole urban rail transit vehicle braking system,and the daily monitoring of the health degree of the electronic control unit is more important.4)According to the analysis to the conclusion,combined with the current monitoring data of urban rail transit vehicles,the fault location process of urban rail vehicle braking system is analyzed.A fault analysis and management system for the braking system of urban rail transit vehicles is developed based on Activiti workflow framework and Spring Boot framework which is a simple Web project framework.The system can independently analyze the fault causes by using the monitoring data of urban rail transit vehicles and automatically send maintenance instructions to professional maintenance personnel.To realize the intelligent operation and maintenance of urban rail transit.
