As one of the core parts of the tram,the train network control system is responsible for the control and management of the traction,braking and door systems of the train,which is very important for the safe and reliable operation of the tram.Because of the complex characteristics of train network control system,it is difficult to develop and test its logic safety and reliability.Therefore,in order to provide reference for the research and development of the tram network control system and improve its test method,it is necessary to carry out the research on the hardware-in-the-loop simulation technology of the train network control system.This thesis takes the typical tram network control system as the research object,centering on the traction and braking control functions of the train,adopts the hardware-in-the-loop simulation technology which combines the physical object of the vehicle main control module with the computer simulation software,and designs and implements the hardware-in-the-loop simulation system of the tram network control part.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Combined with the structure and characteristics of the typical tram network control system,the overall design scheme of the simulation system is proposed.The simulation system is divided into train control module,communication module and subsystem simulation module,and the functional requirements of each module and the performance requirements of the system are analyzed.(2)For the traction control function and brake control function of trams,the control logic of the vehicle control unit is divided into driving control module,traction control module,brake control module,and internal control logic,interlocking relationship,fault diagnosis and other functions of each module are analyzed,designed and programmed(using IEC61131-3standard functional block diagram programming language).(3)The vehicle bus of the simulation system uses CANopen network which conforms to the development trend of the tram,and the computer uses the serial port communication of RS232 standard.This thesis analyzes and studies the two communication protocols,designs and realizes the communication between the vehicle control unit and the computer simulation software.(4)The subsystem simulation module uses the WPF application program to design a simple and easy-to-operate software interface,and designs the human-computer interaction function and CANopen data processing function of the software,and realizes the simulation of the logic data processing function of the traction control unit and the braking control unit.According to the design requirements of this thesis,the test environment of the simulation system is built,and the integration test of the simulation system is conducted.The test results show that the simulation system meets the expected design requirements,and can provide a test environment for the control logic designed in the CANopen network control system of tram,so as to facilitate the study of the safety and reliability of the train control logic.
