The cabin is the main place for people to rest in a ship,so the environmental comfort of the cabin should be improved,so as to improve the working and living environment of passengers and crew.The adjustment of ship cabin environment is mainly through constant temperature control of ship air conditioning system,which can not fully meet the requirements of crew and passengers for the environmental comfort.There are also disadvantages in the wired transmission system of ships,such as high cost,long construction period,difficult maintenance and transformation.In view of these problems,an environmental comfort evaluation system for ship cabin based on wireless sensor network is proposed.The main work is as follows:Firstly,the international standard and current national standard of indoor environment comfort evaluation are analyzed.According to the environmental characteristics of the cabin,the calculation process and some parameters of PMV-PPD index are optimized.In addition,the range of different PMV values applicable to different cabins is defined,and the reference value for calculation of PMV-PPD index under conventional conditions is provided.Secondly,a wireless sensor network is built to collect environmental parameters.The modulation mode,configuration parameters and ship application scheme of Lo Ra wireless transmission technology are analyzed.The supporting protocol and security mechanism of WIFI wireless communication technology are summarized.Lo Ra technology and WIFI technology are combined to give full play to their advantages to build a wireless sensor network.The networking schemes of wireless sensor network under different circumstances are proposed.Thirdly,the software and hardware design of the cabin environment comfort evaluation system based on wireless sensor network is completed according to the calculation requirements and cabin characteristics.Based on the STM32,the system consists of terminal node,gateway and upper computer.The terminal node of the cabin is equipped with a sensor module to realize the collection of environmental parameters and upload them to the gateway through Lo Ra.The gateway receives the environmental parameters and sends them to the upper computer through WIFI.The upper computer receives the environmental parameters and evaluates the environmental comfort of the ship cabin.Finally,an experimental platform is built for experimental verification and numerical example analysis.The verification of the acquisition,transmission and display of the environmental parameters of the wireless sensor network is completed.On this basis,the verification of the calculation function of the cabin environmental comfort evaluation system and the analysis of typical data in summer are completed.
