Our country has a vast territory and a large population.As an important mode of transportation in our country’s transportation system,railway transportation has always played an important role.With the continuous expansion of the railway network,reliability and safety as the basic requirements of railway transportation operations also need to be continuously improved and strengthened.Train timetables are the direct link between the railway transportation system and social and economic activities,so the robust optimization of timetable is the key to improving the comprehensive performance and market competitiveness of railway transportation.In this paper,the influence of redundant time layout on the robustness of train schedules is studied in depth and detail.Specifically,the main work is as follows:1.Comprehensively and systematically study the connotation of the robustness of train schedules and related theories.From the perspective of the entire railway transportation system,this article comprehensively summarizes the methods and significance of studying the robustness of the train schedule,points out the dynamic relationship between the robustness of the train schedule and other elements.Finally,after lists the definitions of the robustness of train schedules based on different perspectives,the essence of the robustness of the train schedule is summarized abstractly.2.Summarize the methods and measures to optimize and evaluate the robustness of the train schedule.According to the development process and implementation process of the train operation plan,from a macro perspective,the method to improve the robustness of the train schedule is specified.After clarifying the necessity of optimizing redundant time layout,the principle of redundant time is introduced in detail,and the redundant time layout methods that can be used for reference are summarized.Starting from the existing research results,the measures that can be taken to measure and evaluate the robustness of train schedules are summarized.3.Analyzed the actual train operation data of the Guangzhou-Shenzhen Intercity Railway using quantitative statistical methods,and summarized the rules of train operation on the line from multiple angles.In order to better control and manage the interference of trains during operation,the law of train delays is analyzed and non-parametric statistical methods are used to verify the law of train delays according to the delay time and interference situation of trains at various stations and sections.At the same time,some methods are used to analyze the differences in the utilization of redundant time between stations and sections in the line,and the degree of susceptibility to interference.4.Established a redundant time optimization layout model and designed a train interference simulation algorithm.Based on the principle of machine learning and the classic loss function setting method,a mathematical model for optimizing the layout of redundant time according to the distribution of train operation interference is constructed.At the same time,in order to verify the effectiveness of the optimization model,a train interference simulation algorithm is designed.Through this algorithm,the interference simulation system for different specific operating diagrams can be realized to evaluate the robustness of the corresponding train schedule.5.Taking the train in the downward direction of the Guangzhou-Shenzhen Intercity Railway as the optimization object,a large number of train operation interference schemes in line with the actual situation are set according to the probability distribution of the interference duration,and the weight coefficient of the model objective function is determined based on the results of data analysis,and then optimize the original train chart.After that,interference simulation experiments were performed on the original train diagram and the optimized train diagram,and the relevant quantitative indicators of the robustness of the train schedule were calculated.The results showed that the optimized train diagram has stronger robustness compared with the original train diagram.Therefore,it can be considered that the optimization model proposed in this paper has practical significance for improving the robustness of train schedules,and has certain application value for managers of railway operation planning.
