Rocket sled plays an important role in the research and development of national defense weapons and the manufacture of aerospace equipment.However,the construction of rocket sled in China is still in its initial stage.In order to realize the great goal of building China into a world military power,it is necessary to strengthen the construction of rocket sled.From the construction to operation and maintenance of the rocket sled,the smoothness measuring of the rocket sled track plays a very important role.Aiming at the problem that the current measuring technology of smoothness of the rocket sled track is not mature,this thesis studies the measuring method of the smoothness of the rocket sled track based on a new rocket sled from the following aspects:1.Study the rough adjustment measurement method of the smoothness of the rocket sled track.On the basis of fully understanding the coupling system and the characteristics of track-laying technology,the necessity,content and precision requirements of the rough adjustment measurement of the smoothness of the rocket sled are defined,and a method of the rough adjustment measurement of the smoothness of the rocket sled is put forward by using the intelligent total station instrument and electronic level instrument.2.To study the feasibility of the precision adjustment measurement method of the smoothness of the rocket sled based on the high precision intelligent total station.By referring to the establish method of high-speed railway CPIII plane network,a track plane smoothness measurement method based on track measurement and control plane control network was proposed,and the feasibility of precise adjustment measurement of the smoothness of rocket sled by high-precision intelligent total station instrument was analyzed based on the track measurement results.3.The precision adjustment measurement method of the smoothness of the rocket sled based on laser tracker is studied.The method of field measurement of laser tracker and coordinate transformation from station center coordinate system to orbit coordinate system are determined through practice exploration and learning related materials.According to the lap method of high-speed railway segment CPIII plane network,the smoothing lap method of cosine function is put forward for the precision adjustment of lap junction between adjacent stations during laser tracker measurement.Analyze the data processing requirements of the precision adjustment measurement of the smoothness of the rocket sled,and compile the corresponding data processing program.The orbit measurement data of laser tracker is used to analyze the effect of orbit rough adjustment and further verify the feasibility of using intelligent total station to accurately adjust the orbit smoothness of rocket skid.4.The precision detection method of known coordinate data of reference pile with laser tracker is studied.Because of the high measuring accuracy of the laser tracker,a method of setting up-measurement of the laser tracker by using several adjacent reference piles is proposed.The results show that the rough adjustment measurement method proposed in this thesis is beneficial to shorten the period of track adjustment.The method of measuring the smoothness of the rocket-skid track based on the high precision intelligent total station instrument is feasible.The accuracy of the results and the repeatability error of the measurement results of the method can meet the relevant requirements,and can be consistent with the measurement results of the laser tracker.The precision adjustment measurement method of the smoothness of the rocket sled based on laser tracker has high measurement efficiency and small repeatability error,which is worth popularizing in the following related work.The measurement method based on the laser tracker can fully realize the precision detection of the known coordinate data of the benchmark pile,and the detection results are reliable. |
