Study On The Coordinated Development Of "Transportation Industry Space" In Mountainous Resource Based Cities

Under the dual constraints of ecological environment and social economy,the spatial evolution of mountainous resource-based cities often leads to the deterioration of ecological environment,low development efficiency,more waste of resources,loss of sustainability and other problems due to the adoption of plain development mode.Improving the allocation efficiency of internal and external resources and total factor productivity according to local conditions can promote the sound development of mountainous resource-based cities.The key lies in the coordinated development level of urban transportation,industry and space.The coordinated development of the three can build a stable infrastructure for new urbanization,regional coordination and rural revitalization,and then promote the core competitiveness of high-quality urban development.At present,there are few research results on mountain resource-based cities,which mainly focus on the single subsystem of space,ecology and industry.The research on mountain resource-based cities from the perspective of multidimensional coordinated development is relatively weak and has not yet formed a systematic research.Based on this background,this paper selects three subsystems of transportation,industry and space as the coupling components of mountain resource-based city system,analyzes the coupling mechanism of the three,expounds the coordinated development mechanism of the three,and puts forward the corresponding development and planning strategies.Firstly,based on the system theory,coupling coordination theory,regional spatial structure theory and other related theories,this paper combs and analyzes the relevant literature,summarizes the development stages,spatial types,basic characteristics of mountain resource-based cities in the evolution process,as well as the dynamic factors affecting the traffic,industry and spatial changes and the coupling mechanism among them.Secondly,22 index factors representing traffic,industry and space are selected to construct the measurement model,coupling model and coupling coordination degree model of comprehensive development level of mountain resource-based cities.Then,according to the relevant theoretical basis and the evaluation model of coordinated development,taking Ya’an as an example,this paper makes a quantitative analysis of the comprehensive development level and coupling coordination degree of transportation,industry and space,and sums up the contradictions of the coordinated development of transportation,industry and space,which are mainly reflected in the lagging development of transportation system and the dominance of industrial system However,its development state is unstable and the utilization efficiency of space system is low.Finally,on the basis of empirical analysis,the paper puts forward suggestions for the coordination and optimization of the three closely around the development characteristics of mountain resource-based cities.The main optimization objectives are to deepen the transportation capacity,strengthen the industrial support and optimize the spatial carrying capacity.The main optimization strategies are as follows: in the aspect of transportation,the internal smooth traffic promotes the city traffic,and the external connection promotes the regional integration;in the aspect of industry,the industrial transformation linkage development pays attention to the talent absorption and training;in the aspect of space,the compact space is created,the development land of industrial agglomeration area is arranged,and the ecological urban space is constructed.Through the discussion of this paper,we hope to expand the research depth and breadth of mountain resource-based cities,multi-dimensional system coupling and coordinated development.At the same time,it can also provide reference for Ya’an and other cities to improve the coordinated development level of transportation,industry and space.
