| With the continuous innovation of navigation technology, navigational AIDS have evolved from simple navigational AIDS to a comprehensive navigational AIDS system that can provide effective comprehensive information services for safe, convenient and economical navigation of ships, that is,from simple navigational AIDS to diversified services. It in the maritime traffic safety management plays an increasingly important role,to ensure normal play effectiveness of AIDS to navigation,is master in management of AIDS to navigation beacon navigation efficiency of the important measures actually, one of the most important work is also the management of AIDS to navigation,to water traffic development, the development of Marine resources,to carry out fishing and national defense construction is of great significance. The Taiwan Strait is the main road of China’s coastal maritime transport and the only direct channel between Fujian and Taiwan. As for the waters on the west side of the Taiwan Strait,it is the core area of the "Maritime Silk Road" with numerous harbours, interlaced routes and frequent commercial activities. At the same time, the weather and sea conditions are complicated, and the reefs and shoals are densely covered, making it a traditional high risk area for navigation. With the rapid development of cross-strait shipping economy and the continuous promotion of the maritime Silk Road strategy, especially the vertical cross between the north-south passage of the customary route and the east-west passage of the cross-strait direct navigation, the navigation environment of the Taiwan Strait has become increasingly complicated, and the construction of the navigation aid system and the need for information acquisition is urgent. At present, when the ship is sailing in the harbor, the reference of navigation mark is mainly according to the traditional thesis chart or electronic chart for identification and navigation. When the navigation conditions are limited and there are more ships in collision avoidance, the pilots mainly focus on the ship’s operation and avoidance. For the specific information and reference of navigational markers, navigators are often unable to extract enough information, and the use of navigational markers is not sufficient and systematic enough. This weakens the original intention of setting AIDS to navigation and does not give full play to the existing AIDS to navigation function. With the development of computer technology,if can pass the three dimension visual patterns, intentions, and fully display the distribution of beacon cloth makes real-time,intuitive to understand and grasp the ship near the location of AIDS to navigation information and background places near the figure, the quick and accurate grasp of the ship’s environment is very beneficial, can avoid the ship off course into the danger zone,It will improve the utilization rate of existing AIDS and improve the quality and efficiency of AIDS services.According to the Navigation AIDS Guide for Navigational AIDS in the Waters west of Taiwan Strait(2016 edition),this thesis takes Xiamen Port waterway as the research object, guides ships into Xiamen Port waterway with the 3d view of boat observers, and provides timely, accurate and comprehensive navigational AIDS to navigational users.Integrate various scattered AIDS to navigation information in the original navigation information release platform of Xiamen AIDS to navigation Office, present AIDS to navigation and navigation laws in an overall form, and inform users of AIDS to navigation. The navigation process of the ship is simulated, the navigation method is displayed in real time according to the position of the ship, and the navigators are instructed to learn and train the navigation method. At the same time, based on the environmental factors and navigational AIDS of Xiamen Bay,this thesis uses the THREE-DIMENSIONAL navigational AIDS system to simulate the design scheme of the maximum distance between navigational AIDS,and verifies the rationality of the design of the distance between navigational AIDS of Xiamen port channel. |
