| Owing to the complex processes,diverse participants and difficult management in contemporary construction field,higher requirements for the value utilization of building information model(BIM)are put forward.As a large-scale engineering project conforming to the national policy of building industrialization and intelligent development,prefabricated building using BIM Technology for collaborative management of the whole life cycle of buildings to realize forward design and its value maximization in projects is the biggest vision of the current construction industry,and also the urgent demand of related policies.However,the research for BIM in prefabricated buildings is not perfect at present since there are some problems such as lack of standard implementation guidance and mature technical support,redundant and incomplete model information,heterogeneous data and low delivery efficiency in its application process.Based on such problems,a model view delivery method of prefabricated building model based on forward design was proposed in this paper.(1)Aiming at the problem of non-standard implementation of BIM Technology in the actual project at this stage,the forward design process of prefabricated building was combed.A simplified assembly model was designed according to the analysis of the assembly characteristics and relationship,whose entity and properties were extended based on IFC Standard.The extension solved the problem of incomplete semantic expression of IFC schema and provided a reliable standard for collaborative management of various specialties and stages in the forward design process of prefabricated buildings.(2)Considering the integrated management of information of the whole life cycle of building,the assembly knowledge model was constructed by coding the assembly building components and combining with the ontology semantic system.Through the mapping of the data,the assembly knowledge model was expressed as an extensible ontology model to solve the problem of heterogeneous data,so as to improve the utilization rate of knowledge information.At the same time,the knowledge graph was used to improve the query and understand to the information source for participants,which was conducive to more refined collaborative management and data interaction.(3)Through the analysis of MVD data exchange schema,component modules and development process,the integrated delivery of information based on IDM and MVD was taken as the breakthrough point to realize the forward design of BIM.Aiming at the model view of prefabricated building domain,the reusable concept module which is easy to be recognized by machine was realized by ontology IDM and knowledge graph selected by property,then the model view delivery was completed by data mapping and export from Ifc Doc.Finally,combined with the information delivery requiements of multi stakeholders of prefabricated building,the whole life cycle information delivery management process was analyzed,and the forward design information delivery management implementation model was constructed with the model view delivery as the central link,provideing guidance for the forward collaborative work of all participants in the project implementation process.The forward design assembly model based on BIM and ontology can effectively realize the information sharing and collaborative management of each specialty in each stage of prefabricated building.At the same time,it also provides MVD developers with a new idea of model view creation and delivery,and improves the efficiency of subsequent software development and application. |
