| Traditional villages play an important role in China’s farming history and are also carriers of “nostalgia”.Traditional villages located in remote mountainous areas are facing the general predicament of population decline, industrial depression, and backward human settlements. However,in terms of natural resources, traditional villages, the local culture and have integrity.Based on the literature study,we found that the protection and development of traditional villages have been out of the limitations of a single village. In view of the deactivation factors inside and outside traditional villages, summarize the main activation methods of village spatial renewal, industry diversification, and protection and development subject diversification,as well as the main theoretical basis for catalysts and symbiosis.Five traditional villages in the Li-shui area of Zhejiang Province, where traditional mountain villages are concentrated, are selected for case analysis, and "catalyst activation" and "resource mutual benefit" are extracted as key strategies for the revitalization of remote mountainous traditional villages. It is specifically applied in the protection and development plan of Ren-zi-keng Village,Jing-ning County,Li-shui Prefecture.Through field investigation and current situation analysis,it is found that Ren-zikeng Village has typical problems of remote mountainous traditional villages. But there are a large number of clan members of the village ancestors back to the village at a particular time, the short-term dynamic village, constitute Jen word Hang catalyst activation opportunities and major internal forces. In addition, the complementary and mutual benefit of adjacent villages in terms of advantageous resources and Ren-zi-keng Village are the prerequisites and main external forces for the sustainable development of Ren-zi-keng Village.Based on the above two main findings, propose a planning and design plan for catalyst activation and multi-village linkage..Research has concluded that to restore and maintain the vitality of traditional villages in remote mountain areas,it is necessary to first identify the catalyst points that have the ability to activate.Such catalyst points are often related to the village’s characteristic buildings and public activities. At the same time, the activation of internal resources in remote mountain villages is often short-lived,and it is necessary to complement and benefit from external resources to maintain their vitality. The combination of catalyst activation and resource mutual benefit is a more feasible model for the activation of traditional villages in remote mountains. |
