With the rapid progress of urbanization,large-scale shopping malls are increasing day by day and their scales are getting bigger and bigger.Due to the complex structure,closed space,and easy congestion,the actual evacuation of shopping centers is difficult.Therefore,studying the evacuation characteristics of pedestrians under the influence of panic will help to take targeted measures to adjust the evacuation plan and improve the evacuation efficiency.This study firstly takes the influencing factors of pedestrian panic as the breakthrough point,designs and distributes questionnaires,and obtains the basic data of the study.Secondly,drawing on relevant concepts in epidemiology,the dynamic model of panic is revised to establish the dynamic link between the psychological state of personnel and the influencing factors of panic.The simulation results of the revised panic dynamics model show that: when an emergency occurs,the number of calm people is the main part.As the evacuation progresses,the number of calm people decreases rapidly,and the number of people with different degrees of panic gradually increases,and finally the number of people in each state tends to be stable;emergency situations When it occurs,the degree of panic of people is mainly affected by the degree of crowding,evacuation guidance,and the dissemination of positive news;the refinement of the psychological state of people can more accurately quantify the psychological changes of pedestrians.Finally,taking a shopping mall as the research object,we establish an emergency evacuation model under a shopping mall emergency event,realize the integrated modeling of system dynamics,pedestrian library,and multi-agent integrated modeling.And the simulation results of setting the same degree of panic,setting different degrees of panic,and adding psychological intervention of panic are compared.The simulation results of personnel evacuation show that: the psychological effect of panic will increase the arched blocking effect of the evacuation exit and reduce the evacuation efficiency;setting different degree of panic states will take longer to evacuate than only setting panic and calm states,and the use of exits will be more uneven The increase in the degree of panic will affect pedestrians’ rational judgments and adversely affect evacuation;evacuation efficiency has improved after panic psychological intervention,and the export congestion and unbalanced utilization phenomenon have also been weakened.Therefore,targeted psychological and behavioral interventions for pedestrians during the emergency evacuation of shopping centers have a positive effect.The research results provide reference for shopping malls and related departments to master the panic spreading mechanism and organize emergency evacuation.
