In recent years,with the rapid development of the construction industry,the large-span space steel structure has been widely developed and applied in China due to its beautiful shape and reasonable cost.However,the construction of large-span space steel structure is complex,and if the control of the entire mounting stage is not properly controlled,the whole steel structure will be irreparably damaged.Therefore,it is necessary to study the mechanical property of the unloading of large-span steel structure through simulation analysis and field measurement.This paper,which is based on the steel tent building of Fuzhou Olympic center stadium,mainly focus on the study of the key technology concerning the simulation analysis and field measurement of the large-span space steel structure unloading construction.By resorting to the finite element analysis simulation software,and in combination with the real-time monitoring of the construction process,this paper,on the basis of related research contents,comes to conclusions as follow:Firstly,the research on the key technology taken in the unloading of the steel tent supporting frame in a stadium with large-span space steel structure is based on construction mechanics and the method of finite element simulation analysis is adopted to analyze the reliability of the unloading plan.In the process of unloading simulation,the structure deforms and the internal force changes gradually.When completed,the response of the structure is almost in accordance with the design of displacement,which proves the feasibility of the unloading scheme.Secondly,by using the sandbox unloading device,which based the unloading process on the basis of overall,synchronization,classification method,the variation of displacement as well as the stress and strain change through the field test are proved to be in good agreement with the numerical simulation results,showing that the finite element method is reliable and it is possible to evaluate the mechanical effect of the unloading scheme.Generally speaking,the analysis on steel structure uninstallment falls into widespread categories.By focusing on the simulation analysis and field measurement in the unloading process of the large-span space steel structure in the steel tent building of Fuzhou Olympic center stadium,this paper aims at providing theoretical and practical proof for the unloading of similar large-span steel structure.
