Study On The Method Of Controlling The Purchasing Cost Of Heavy Truck Parts

Since the 21st century,the heavy truck manufacturing and the related industries have shown a very fast development trend in our country.However,the rapid development of the industry background made the industry and inter-industry competition from a single product quality into the quality and price double game.In this connection,the heavy truck manufacturing enterprises in our country were determined to begin and stay on the difficult road of “cost reduction and efficiency”.It is worth mentioning that the procurement cost of purchased parts of heavy trucks accounts for about one quarter to one third of the total operating costs.How to effectively reduce the procurement cost of purchased parts is related to the comprehensive competitiveness of heavy trucks and the operating profit of relevant production enterprises.Under such an industry background,this paper firstly combs,summarizes and summarizes the relevant theoretical knowledge with theoretical analysis method on the basis of purchasing cost control theory.Secondly,based on the previous research results,the characteristics and control methods of purchasing cost in transportation manufacturing industry are studied in detail.Again,such as purchasing cost composition,purchase quantity and purchase price relationship of heavy truck purchased components procurement costs,such as the key control technology,and on this basis to build the model of the proportion of heavy truck purchased components cost,heavy truck purchased components for analysis in the process of purchasing cost factors accounted for,then continue to build the heavy truck purchased components procurement and purchasing price relation model,low cost in the form of quantitative prediction in the purchased parts purchase quantity changes its reasonable purchase price.Finally,in Anhui province Maanshan hualing automobile company as a case,will build two models of practical application,to verify the correctness of model based on the analysis of the company in the problems existing in the purchased parts procurement process.In this paper,the research results can directly analyze heavy truck production enterprises of various factors in the process of purchased components procurement cost ratio,and formulate a reasonable purchasing cost according to the results of the analysis of the control scheme,can also be simple according to the changing market conditions to guide enterprises in the purchase price accordingly,to improve the comprehensive competitiveness of heavy truck enterprises have certain reference significance.
