Research On Procurement Management Optimization Of DL Auto Parts Company

Since global car sales peaking in 2017 and falling every year,the industry has been in a slump.During the 2020-2021 pandemic,the auto industry was hit again.With the effective control of the epidemic,the automobile industry is slowly picking up,but the overall state is not optimistic.As new energy vehicles are increasingly accepted by the market,the traditional automobile industry is facing unprecedented pressure and challenges.How to reduce the cost and improve the market competitiveness of enterprises has become an increasingly important project in the traditional automobile industry,and procurement is a very important link to reduce the cost and increase the efficiency of enterprises,which plays an increasingly important position in the whole enterprise.Therefore,optimizing procurement management and reducing procurement cost is an important issue for auto parts enterprises to face.DL Auto Parts Co.,LTD.,the object of this paper,is an auto parts manufacturing enterprise of a multinational company.This paper analyzes the current situation of purchasing management of DL auto parts company through literature research,internal and external expert interview and field investigation.It is found that the main problems existing in the procurement management of DL auto parts company are procurement process,procurement cost control and supplier management.The optimization plan of procurement management is put forward in turn,which takes optimizing the procurement process design,optimizing the procurement cost control and improving the supplier management.Based on the analysis of the paper,in order to improve the procurement management of DL auto parts company,it is necessary to complete the optimization design of the procurement process,and optimize the procurement cost control,and improve the supplier management mechanism by strengthening the potential supplier development ability and the supplier on time delivery management,and improving the supplier performance incentive management level.
