| The transformation of shantytowns is a project related to the people’s well-being and the stability of society.It was characterized by long construction period,large investment amount and huge crowd involved.Meanwile,there are many risk factors in the links of fund-raising,formalities handling,relocation and resettlement in the construction process,and different potential risks appear in different stages.If corresponding risk management measures are not taken in time for various risk factors found,,it will affect the project cost,schedule and qualityt,and the project may even fail.China’s large-scale shed reform activities began in2005,including the task of transforming 15 million sets of shanty towns from 2018 to 2020.In the shed reform work,the third and fourth tier cities account for 90%,which is an important force to stimulate the local economy.In 2021,as the shed reform is coming to an end,a new form of shed reform-the transformation of old residential areas came into being.By 2025,170000 old residential areas will be transformed nationwide.The fourth tier government can rely on land to obtain fiscal revenue,and the shed reform residents can stimulate domestic demand,so as to speed up the pace of urban economic development.As a fourth tier city with exhausted resources and in the period of economic transformation,FF mining area urgently needs to develop through endogenous power,so it can provide reference for fourth tier cities with similar conditions.This thesis takes the QT shed reform project in FF mining area of the fourth tier city as the research object.Through the systematic risk investigation and analysis of the QT shed reform project in FF mining area,the potential risk factors are identified.Compared with the general characteristics of management risk,this paper comprehensively analyzes various risk problems existing in QT area shed reconstruction project,the risk factors are identified and evaluated,and effective measures to avoid risks are given,So as to realize the risk control of shanty town reconstruction in the fourth tier cities.The main research contents include:Part I: introduction.This chapter focuses on the research purpose,research significance,research review at home and abroad,research methods and technical route.The second part: the relevant theories of project risk management.This part expounds the meaning and characteristics of the project,the overview of project risk management,risk evaluation and response methods.Part III: risk identification of shed reconstruction project in QT area of FF mining area.This thesis expounds the project construction background,the project profile,the effective factors and the risk identification of the project.Part IV: risk index system construction and index evaluation of shed reconstruction project in QT area of FF mining area.Determine the evaluation method,apply the evaluation method to evaluate the shed reconstruction project in QT area,and get the overall evaluation results.Part V: Countermeasures for shed reconstruction project in QT area of FF mining area.According to the overall evaluation results,the corresponding countermeasures should be determined according to various risks.Part VI: conclusion and prospect.This thesis expounds the conclusions drawn in this thesis,Summarize the conclusions and deficiencies of this thesis,and clarify the direction that can be improved in the future research. |
