Because of characteristics of the wind power project, such as complex terrain, big construction difficulty, involving extensive technical expertise and long project cycle and so on, wind power project stakeholders are always faced with many challenges and risks. Therefore, how to integrate risk management into daily management activities of wind power projects and how to gain and learn experiences from risk management, which is a common problem to the domestic wind power companies, but also an urgent problem to be resolved.On the basis of modern risk management theory, according to the characteristics of wind power project, through the decomposition of the Henan Biyang wind power project PBS, WBS and OBS and the application of "fishbone", expert identification method and other tools on the risk source identification, summarizes the risk factors in Henan Biyang wind power project. The risk assessment, such as analytic hierarchy process(AHP) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation were used to evaluate the risk of project. Finally, the risk response measures was established according to the evaluation results.
