The design and construction of deep-sea aquaculture vessels have become a hot spot in the field of mariculture,and it is also the key project concerned by national ocean strategies.At present,there are few examples of aquaculture vessels actually put into use at home and abroad,and it is impossible to carry out the statistics of ship types,moreover,foreign aquaculture vessels are not suitable for domestic production and usage requirements.Therefore,it is necessary to explore aquaculture vessels that are suitable for China’s actual production conditions and production characteristics,in order to complete the requirements were proposed by “Fourth Five-Year” marine economic development plan,namely enhancing the independent innovation capacity of marine science and technology,accelerating the construction of modern marine industry system and food consumption structure in the new era to provide support to the trend demand of aquatic products.In this paper,based on the existing main parent ship breeding work ship hull form design,namely bulk carrier ship type,the warehouse capacity and main measure of oil tanker ship form parameters of linear and nonlinear regression fitting,holding capacity as independent variables,and for the main scale parameter for the dependent variable respectively suitable for two kinds of mathematical model of bulk cargo ship type and tanker ship type;By integrating the existing technical and economic evaluation indexes of bulk carriers,oil tankers and fishing vessels,combining with the characteristics of aquaculture vessels,constructing the evaluation system of ship type of aquaculture industrial vessel;Introducing the gray relational analysis method and combining with various technical and economic evaluation indexes in the evaluation system of aquaculture industrial ship,the advantages and disadvantages of the aquaculture industrial ship are sorted;By introducing the gray correlation analysis method and combining with the technical and economic evaluation indexes in the evaluation system of aquaculture industrial ship,arranging the advantageous and disadvantageous orders of the aquaculture ship type scheme.Due to the weight of each index is not considered in the gray correlation analysis,the importance difference of each evaluation factor cannot be reflected,so the paper introduces BP neural network to further optimize the gray correlation analysis method.Through the combination of the two methods,the weights of the evaluation index system of the two ship types were determined scientifically and accurately.Based on the set pair analysis method,the ranking of the advantages and disadvantages of each ship type scheme were determined by the above weights.According to the above demonstration process,a set of operation platform is constructed based on VBA programming language,which is convenient for designers to search and sort the target ship type of aquaculture industrial ship quickly and accurately,greatly improving the work efficiency,shortening the design cycle and simplifying the design process.Finally,a comparative demonstration is made on the schemes of bulk carrier and oil tanker as the parent ship of aquaculture vessels,obtaining the differences of the schemes represented by the two types of vessels,which provides experience reference and data support for designers in the scheme design of aquaculture vessels.
