| Along with our country putting forward the goal of building an economical society,the centralized heating for winter heating areas to become the main way of heating,the heating of the heating energy consumption in the proportion of social energy consumption is larger,the state takes seriously day by day to save energy,make how to improve the efficiency of central heating,lower the heating energy consumption enterprises become the primary problem.It is the key to improve the efficiency and energy saving of central heating to predict heating load accurately so that heating enterprises can produce and distribute according to demand.Circulating water pump is a high-power equipment in the routine operation of heat exchange station.The flow of water pump can not be adjusted in real-time according to the actual operation situation,resulting in a serious waste of electric energy and increasing the energy consumption of heating units.Therefore,the economic operation of the circulating water pump is also of great significance to the energy saving and consumption reduction of the heat exchange station.After the introduction of modern artificial intelligence forecasting technology,the research on heating load forecasting has made great progress and development,but the forecasting method and forecasting model still need to be optimized.This paper forecast the emerging technology in a more promising can support vector intelligent prediction algorithm is used for heating load forecasting,analysis of support vector machine(SVM)parameters affect the performance of the prediction model,and then adopt the grid search algorithm,genetic algorithm and particle swarm algorithm to optimize the important parameters for support vector machine(SVM),and combining the prediction technology development trend,Different optimization and improvement models are established.Finally,a more accurate prediction model is established based on the maximum entropy principle in information theory.The performance of each model in heating load forecasting is studied in detail.For the circulating water pump in the heat exchange station variable frequency speed regulation with PID algorithm theoretical analysis,using the heat exchange unit system mathematical model PID algorithm Matlab simulation,verify the traditional PID algorithm in the pump variable frequency control stability and reliability.This kind of control is simple and easy,but because of the characteristics of large inertia,nonlinear and uncertainty of hydraulic turbine,hydraulic turbine control system is easy to appear large overshoot,long swing time,frequent fluctuation,slow control and other phenomena,the traditional PID control is difficult to improve its control quality.So on this basis,the fuzzy PID algorithm is used to control the circulating water pump,so that the water pump has a smaller overshoot,faster response speed,strong anti-interference ability,with automatic control,high reliability,simple operation and other advantages.To sum up,this paper establishes a variety of forecasting models for heating load forecasting,which can be used for the scientific production of heating enterprisesIt provides effective reference for heat source distribution and dispatching.Fuzzy PID control is adopted for circulating water pumps to reduce overshoot and improve response speed and stability,which is of great significance to economic operation and energy-saving and emission reduction of heat exchange stations. |
