Water security is a new concept put forward from the relationship of people, nature and water. Universal and consistent meaning about it has been not come into being as yet. Water security problems mainly take on water resource shortage, water environment depravation, frequent flood disaster and other security problems caused by water. Fuzzy sets, artificial neural network and genetic algorithm are the three front fields in international academe. They break through the solving ways based on traditional mathematics models. The introduction of fuzzy set methods and genetic algorithm into water security problems deepens and expands ways to solve water problems. The text brings forward improved accelerated algorithm bases on accelerated genetic algorithm. The improved accelerated algorithm solves proportion distribution in the combination fuzzy pattern recognition model and the principle of maximum entropy, solves computation problem of optimal fuzzy equivalent matrix Q. The text solves sample index weighting and simulates random course of random event using fuzzy information spread technique. These models and method provide material steps and are applied in practical water problems. The results show that theses models and methods have the characteristics of universal and rational, simple and effective and high precision and indicate wide application foreground in water security problems.
