| Indoor air quality plays a decisive role in human health.Poor air quality makes people prone to sick building syndrome.Therefore,it is necessary to establish a real-time monitoring system for indoor environment to monitor indoor air quality effectively.Virtual instrument technology provides an ideal monitoring platform for indoor environment data acquisition and remote monitoring.In this paper,virtual instrument LabVIEW software is used as the development platform,SQL Server database is used as the storage data software,and the indoor environment real-time monitoring system is designed based on the hardware equipment such as environmental sensors and data acquisition module.The functions of real-time display,processing,analysis,recording and storage of indoor environment parameters and remote monitoring are realized.This paper focuses on the design process of the system,the function of each module,the interface of each detection parameter and the realization of network remote monitoring function.The overall structure design of the system includes the design of the system hardware,the design of the software and the design of the background monitoring software.Then,according to the needs of the actual function,the communication protocol is selected to design and a test system is built.The indoor environmental monitoring on the test site is carried out by using the designed system.The main contents are as follows :(1)The hardware part is the part of contact with the outside world,which is responsible for receiving external signals and collecting and processing external environmental information.The system adopts Hengkai electronic data acquisition card,which is connected with the sensor.The output signal of the sensor is collected and converted into a digital signal that can be read by the software.The remote data acquisition is realized by connecting the converter to the host.(2)Software is the core of the system,mainly to achieve user login,data communication,data display,data storage and remote transmission functions.VISA serial port is used to realize serial communication and bottom driver call.The human-computer interaction interface and program running structure of host and client with multiple monitoring parameters such as air temperature,air humidity,PM2.5 and formaldehyde are edited by LabVIEW front panel human-computer interaction interface and back panel program block diagram.SQL Server database is connected to LabVIEW through ODBC management program of PC,and the environmental data detected are stored in the system.On the basis of Data Socket technology,with the help of network resources,data sharing and publishing are realized,and the data measured by the host are transmitted to the client to complete the indoor environment remote monitoring system.The installation package of the final indoor monitoring system is generated by LabVIEW Application Builder program,which is convenient for users to use the system without downloading LabVIEW software.(3)Monitoring system test.The monitoring system was experimentally tested and the data results and image results were obtained.Through actual comparison,the air parameters measured in the experiment were accurate,the data image display curve was smooth,and the data stored in the database were the same as the data obtained from the monitoring,which verified that the designed monitoring system met the requirements of indoor environmental monitoring.Users can more scientifically understand the data of room gas parameters in each period through the data stored in the database,which provides the basis for users to improve the indoor environment.At the same time,it provides a remote monitoring method for the staff to monitor the indoor air condition of new buildings,and avoids the physical damage of harmful gases to the testers.The combination of Internet of Things and environmental monitoring provides a new scheme for real-time monitoring of indoor environment,and provides scientific basis for creating high-quality indoor environment,improving the healthy living standard of human settlements and creating a harmonious human-machine environment. |
