In recent years,due to the strong advancement of pure electric vehicles,zero emissions,low noise electric vehicles have become the favorable social public,and the development of electric vehicles have become the lead trend of China’s automotive industry.Although my country’s auto companies are facing earlier in new energy vehicles,most of the new energy vehicles are transformed on the model of traditional fuel cars,and their main transformation design is divided into three parts: first,pure electric car chassis layout design Second,automotive chassis and power matching design;third,automotive overall governance stability,smoothness and other kinetic analysis.Therefore,it is necessary to optimize the performance of electric vehicles.At present,many scholars at home and abroad have made a lot of research in electric vehicle optimization,and improve the power performance of electric vehicles to some extent,but these optimization programs are mainly assumed that some of the design parameters of electric vehicles perform traditional determinism for accuracy.Optimization,there are few errors in the process of manufacturing or assembly of actual parts and other uncertain factors,and these uncertainties have not been negligible on automotive dynamics performance,so its optimization results lack reliability.This paper is robust to electric vehicles based on uncertain factors of power battery systems.First,in detail,the status quo of domestic and foreign developments,and the basic theories and methods of robust design.Based on multi-body dynamics modeling software ADAMS to establish a virtual prototype model of a model electric vehicle,and ultimately establish an electric vehicle vehicle parameterization model through the parameterization design function of Adams / View.Considering the performance of the car on the uneven road,the three kinetic performance parameters for the choice of electric vehicles include: the lateral acceleration of the car,the horizontal angle velocity,and the side inclination,as an optimized design goal.Establishing test design models based on multidisciplinary optimization software ISIGHT,and completes the identification of critical design variables.The adaptive annealing algorithm and the field method are selected to optimize the power battery system of electric vehicles.Based on the Monte Carlo method,the results of two optimized design were robive,thereby obtaining the most robust structural parameters of electric vehicle power battery system and positioning parameters,and finally input to electric vehicle vehicle parametric model for simulation verification,and Analysis of changes in the target function curve.The results showed that the electric vehicle model based on the steady optimization design of the field method can effectively resist the interference of uncertain factors.
