changes affect the development of enterprise management,enterprise must face,The influence brought by this kind of change is always unavoidable for enterprises.During the period of "difference",its growth on a downward cycle of the construction industry will continue to lower,construction market the stock of large,high quality development as theme,intelligent and efficient,green ecology,energy conservation,environmental protection,quality manufacturing will become the trend of the development of construction industry,the traditional construction industry the development of the enterprises in vulgar and single business has been unable to meet the needs of the sustainable and healthy development.These changes require construction enterprises to integrate the upstream and downstream of the value chain during the "14th Five-year Plan" period,and extend the professional and service aspects on the basis of a single service,so as to get close to the needs of customers and improve their organizational ability,operation efficiency,service level and professional technical ability.Longitudinal development is one of the main ways of building enterprise development or transformation,its peak,China’s demographic dividend begins to decline,the pyramid structure of the industry is solidified,and the leading enterprises occupy the market.Small and medium-sized enterprises need to achieve the purpose of stand out.Founded in late 2019,PL Construction Company is in the early stage of entrepreneurship.The company has the third-level qualification of general contracting of construction engineering,third-level qualification of general contracting of municipal public engineering,third-level qualification of professional contracting of foundation and steel structure engineering,etc.The company was faced with the outbreak of the epidemic shortly after its establishment,and its business objectives,organizational structure,management standards and other aspects have not been established.In the long run,it is often harmful to the development of the company,especially under the current situation of normalized management of epidemic prevention and control.At the time of adjustment of national policies and change of industry direction,it is more necessary for enterprises to define their own positioning,recognize their own conditions and strength,select the appropriate development direction,formulate corresponding strategic planning and support effective safeguard measures according to the comprehensive situation of the market.In order to adapt to the changes of macro environment and industry development and obtain mature business capabilities and healthy core competitiveness,enterprises can improve the probability of stable development in the unpredictable and competitive market.In this paper,PL Construction company as the model,combined with the enterprise strategic management theory and the actual situation of PL construction company,first of all,using PEST model,Porter’s five Forces model and other tools to analyze the macro environment of PL construction company,industry environment and PL construction company itself.Then,EFE matrix and IEF matrix are used to quantify the external opportunities and threats and internal advantages and disadvantages of PL construction company.Secondly,according to the needs of THE PL construction company,it establishes the enterprise vision and mission in line with its own reality and the development of The Times,and formulates the corresponding strategic goals.Thirdly,the SWOT analysis matrix is used to analyze the opportunities,threats,advantages and disadvantages faced by PL construction company,and a number of alternative strategies suitable for the development of the enterprise are developed.Then,the QSPM matrix is used to select the best strategy among the alternative strategies,and finally it is determined that the preferred strategy of PL construction company should be differentiated competition strategy.In order to implement the differentiation strategy of PL Construction Company,this paper formulated corresponding safeguard measures from five aspects to ensure the landing of the differentiation strategy of PL Construction company.Second,the construction of human resources;Third,the ability to improve financial management;Fourth,brand quality assurance;Fifth,the introduction and construction of information management technology.
