Electrically excited synchronous motor has many characteristics,such as extremely high order,nonlinearity and strong coupling.So electrically excited synchronous motor is laborious to comprehend pinpoint control.For one thing,electrically excited synchronous motor has many advantages,such as variable power factor and high torque output accuracy.For another,excessive exploitation of rare earth materials will bring serious problems such as non-renewable energy depletion and environmental pollution.Therefore,the study of electrically excited synchronous motor and its speed regulation technology has important theoretical and practical significance.Based on the above conditions,taking the electrically excited synchronous motor as the research object,the vector control system and state observer based on air gap field orientation are analyzed and studied in this dissertation.The main research work is as follows:Firstly,The software and hardware of the whole speed regulation system are designed,and the mathematical models in three coordinate systems are deduced step by step.It is established that the vector model of air gap flux oriented motor,and the air gap flux oriented controller is designed.It is analyzed and designed that the SVPWM modulation technology of electrically excited synchronous motor.Secondly,it is projected that the software and hardware of the speed regulation system of electrically excited synchronous motor.The hardware part of the system is primarily make up of power supply,power drive circuit,main control circuit based on TMS320F28335 and electrically excited synchronous motor.The software design includes designing the system main program,writing the SVPWM program,designing the rotor initial position detection,and writing the double closed-loop vector control algorithm program of current loop and speed loop.The finite element analysis software Ansoft Maxwell and simulation software Ansoft Simplorer are used to simulate the electrically excited synchronous motor and its speed regulation system.The specific design process is given,and the detailed analysis is given according to the output waveform to verify the correctness of the speed regulation control system.Finally,according to the prototype of electrically excited synchronous motor,it is built that the experimental platform of electrically excited synchronous motor speed regulation system.By conventional motor test,the experimental platform has the ability of real-time monitoring and recording of current,speed,torque,cogging torque,torque angle and other variables required.The dissertation completes the selection of main circuit devices and programming,tests and observes the output waveform in combination with the relevant research theory of this dissertation,the relevant experiments involved in the dissertation are verified.
