| During the COVID-19 pandemic,the airport business passengers falling,consumer spending will fall,the influence of such factors as operating face unprecedented pressure,sales have dropped bluff type,in order to support the airport business,the implementation of national policies,support of small and medium-sized enterprises,the major national airport after the outbreak of an epidemic in different ways to merchants rent reduction policy,etc.However,the research on the positioning of airport business is a subsidiary industry of aviation business,and the research has focused on improving its comprehensive ability from the perspective of management,lacking the research on the internal impact mechanism of airport commerce.Therefore,based on the theory of cue utilization and from the perspective of air passengers and combined with the characteristics of airport business,this study innovatively applied corporate association to airport business,and empirically analyzed the internal mechanism of how passengers’ corporate association to airport business affects airline passengers’ loyalty through relationship quality.Furthermore,the four-quarter graph model is used to discuss the differences between the two aspects of corporate ability and corporate social responsibility.Conclusion,The relevant management strategies are recommended for airport authorities.First of all,this thesis applies the enterprise association theory to airport business,construct a theoretical model of how corporate association of airport business affects passenger loyalty through relationship quality.Then,based on the qualitative interview,combing the literature review,the research scale was preliminarily determined in combination with the specific object of this study.The final formal scale was obtained through statistical analysis of purified scale indicators.Secondly,the model path analysis results are obtained according to the standard path coefficient through the data analysis and hypothesis testing by issuing questionnaires.On this basis,through the comprehensive integration weighting method to calculate the weight,the construction of a quadrogram model using significant analysis to explore the level of passengers to the airport business corporate ability association and corporate social responsibility association,four different situations on the impact of passenger loyalty differences.Finally,According to the results of the theoretical model path analysis of the impact of corporate associations of airport business on passenger loyalty and the results of the difference analysis of the quarter graph,the thesis puts forward some suggestions for managers to improve passenger loyalty based on airport business. |
