| At present,the video monitoring system of Jiange substation can only collect visual images to realize manual remote monitoring of substation environment.With the enrichment of computer,image recognition,communication and other technical means,the video monitoring system of substation in China is gradually developing towards intelligence,which also provides a new idea for the construction of "active" intelligent monitoring system integrating remote monitoring,control,information acquisition,data analysis,real-time transmission and automatic alarm in Jiange County substation.Combined with the limitations of the company’s existing substation video monitoring system,this paper designs a set of intelligent video monitoring system.It is an "active" service-oriented monitoring system that can be used for basic image acquisition,video signal transmission,information processing and judgment.The intelligent video monitoring system of Jiange substation studied in this paper adopts the three-tier structure design of substation front end,data transmission module and monitoring terminal,realizes important functions such as system login,balcony control,video monitoring and monitoring alarm,supports the centralized remote monitoring of many substation in Jiange County,and greatly improves the monitoring efficiency of substation.At the same time,it also designs and studies the improved moving target detection algorithm based on three frame difference calculation and average background model,the automatic monitoring of staff safety helmet wearing based on hog,and the thermal infrared image segmentation and recognition algorithm based on the improved PCNN model,so as to realize the unattended of substation,the safety prompt of staff in substation,and the automatic recognition of substation fault,The intelligent monitoring and management of Jiange substation is realized.In short,the intelligent video monitoring system of Jiange County substation studied in this paper collects the video monitoring image and thermal infrared image information of each substation in Jiange County,and realizes the automatic recognition of moving targets in the monitoring area,staff safety tips and automatic recognition of electrical equipment faults through artificial intelligence methods,so as to meet the management requirements of Le modern unattended substation,Improving the safety prevention and control level of substation can reduce the workload of operation and maintenance personnel,save the cost of human resources,optimize the personnel structure of enterprises,improve the intelligent managementlevel of substation,and boost the development process of intelligent management of Jiange power grid. |
