| The heating pipeline project is a part of the construction project.In most areas of northern China,the heating pipeline project provides an important guarantee for urban heating,relates to the vital interests of the broad masses of the people,and is the infrastructure to promote social development.In recent decades,with the rapid development of economy and technology,the construction technology of heating pipeline project has made continuous progress.However,due to the influence of personnel,system and other reasons,the project management ability of some heating pipeline construction enterprises still needs to be improved.The management of heating pipeline project needs to face many objectives such as project time,cost,quality,etc.How to sort out the relationship among these objectives and make each objective achieve comprehensive optimization is the key to the success of the project.To study the multi-objective optimization problem of heating pipeline engineering,it is necessary to establish appropriate optimization selection model and optimization model.In the aspect of optimization selection model construction,this paper analyzes the heating pipeline project,determines that the project time,cost,quality and resource balance are the evaluation objectives of the construction scheme,introduces the rough number judgment matrix method to determine the weights of each objective,improves the fuzzy optimization method,and establishes the multi-objective fuzzy optimization model of heating pipeline project.In the aspect of optimization model construction,this paper analyzes the relationship between project time,cost,quality,resource balance and the duration of each process,and establishes project time optimization model,cost optimization model,quality optimization model and resource balance optimization model respectively.According to the four single-objective optimization models,a multi-objective optimization model of heating pipeline engineering is constructed,and the multi-objective particle swarm optimization(MOPSO)algorithm is used to solve the model.In order to verify the rationality of the above models,this paper carries out simulation calculation in combination with an actual project.On the one hand,the multi-objective fuzzy optimization selection model of steam heating pipeline project is established according to the engineering practice,and the existing construction schemes are compared and selected according to the relative membership degree.On the other hand,the multi-objective optimization model of steam heating pipeline project is established according to the engineering-related parameters corresponding to the selected construction scheme,and the program is written with the principle of multi-objective particle swarm optimization,and the Pareto optimal solution set is obtained by calculation.According to the multi-objective fuzzy optimization selection model of heating pipeline project,the optional optimization scheme is calculated and analyzed,and the best optimization scheme is selected.The calculation results show that the above two models can be effectively applied to the multi-objective optimization selection and optimization of construction schemes of practical projects,and the research results can provide decision-making basis for project managers. |
