With the continuous improvement of national defense construction,remote control weapon station,as a hot new weapon system in recent years,has become a research hotspot of many military powers.In the design process of remote control weapon station,its observation system plays a key role in the performance of remote control weapon station.Taking the photoelectric observation and aiming system of remote control weapon station as the research object,this thesis studies its zero position correction,motion control system,hardware structure and target positioning algorithm,mainly including the following contents:1)The mathematical modeling of photoelectric observation system is carried out.This thesis mainly introduces the principle of space coordinate transformation and the zero position correction method of photoelectric observation and aiming system.By studying the translation and rotation conversion of spatial coordinate system(including direction angle conversion,pitch angle conversion and roll angle conversion),the principle of spatial coordinate conversion is introduced;Based on the principle of space coordinate transformation,the zero position correction of photoelectric observation and aiming system is carried out.The zero position correction of independent and non independent photoelectric observation and aiming system of remote control weapon station is studied and analyzed respectively.2)The motion control system and hardware structure of photoelectric viewing system are studied.This paper mainly introduces the motion control part and hardware composition of the photoelectric viewing system of the remote control weapon station.The basic composition of photoelectric observation system and the basic principle of its motion control system are studied;Then the control strategy of motion control is studied,and the simulation results of MATLAB verify the advantages of fuzzy adaptive PID control algorithm compared with traditional PID algorithm;Finally,the hardware structure of the photoelectric observation system is studied,and the laser rangefinder,infrared detector and CCD camera,as well as the servo motor and encoder of the photoelectric observation system are studied and selected.3)The zero position correction and target positioning algorithm of photoelectric observation and aiming system are designed.Firstly,the system and development environment used in the design algorithm are introduced,and then according to the coordinate conversion formula in Chapter 2,the zero correction algorithm and target positioning algorithm module are designed for the photoelectric viewing system designed for this project.4)The correctness of the algorithm module and the feasibility of the photoelectric observation and aiming motion control system are verified by experiments.Firstly,the algorithm design experiment is carried out to verify the correctness of the zero correction algorithm and target positioning algorithm of the photoelectric observation and aiming system;Then the photoelectric observation and aiming motion control system is tested to verify that the accuracy of the system meets the technical indexes of the photoelectric observation and aiming system.
