Landscape Attractiveness Of Traditional Villages In Datong Based On AVC Theory Study On Evaluation And Promotion Strategy ——Taking Xutuan Village As An Example

Traditional villages refer to those villages with material and intangible cultural heritage and high historical,cultural,scientific,artistic,social and economic values.In recent years,China has issued relevant policies to continuously strengthen the protection of traditional villages,gradually improve the construction of village landscape,and deeply explore the unique attraction and value of villages.Under the opportunity,based on the landscape ecology,landscape aesthetics,residential environment as the foundation,in order to protect the traditional village landscape features,show adequately village landscape value,form attractive rural areas for the purpose of promoting traditional village landscape planning and construction,make the research more integrity of present regional traditional village landscape.Based on the guidance of AVC theory,this thesis takes the traditional village landscape in Datong as the research object.After a brief introduction to the regional situation of Datong,the spatial distribution of traditional villages is statistically and sorted out.Secondly,according to the morphological layout characteristics of villages,the traditional village morphological layout in Datong city is classified into four types: grid type,narrow and long type,cluster type and dispersed type.At the same time,the village topography,animal and plant resources,historical and ancient architecture,farming and religious culture,folk culture activities,architectural landscape,street space,living landscape and other contents are described and analyzed in detail.The problems existing in the common landscape of traditional villages in Datong are summarized as follows: First,the lack of ecological landscape configuration;Second,the destruction of traditional architectural features;Third,the lack of public space landscape.In this thises,literature research method,field research method,questionnaire survey method and analytic hierarchy process are used to study the evaluation of traditional villages and village landscape attractiveness in Datong.Combined with the current situation and characteristics of traditional village landscape in Datong city,and with the help of statistical data of EXCEL and YAAHP software,the evaluation index system of traditional village landscape attractiveness in Datong city is finally constructed,which consists of 3 project layers,7 criteria layers and 22 index layers.At the same time,taking Xutuan Village as an example,the empirical research is carried out to investigate the landscape status of the surrounding environment,farmland landscape,plant greening configuration,traditional architectural style,historical resources,farming culture,folk cultural activities,archway,residential courtyard,street space and infrastructure.Finally,quantitative and qualitative analysis of Xutuan Village landscape attraction evaluation grade is ⅲ,analysis of its shortcomings.Therefore,proposed xutuan village landscape attraction promotion strategy.One is the construction of village ecological landscape;Second,to restore the historical features of the village;Third,the inheritance of village cultural characteristics;The fourth is to create village public space;Fifth,improve village infrastructure.
