| In view of the problems of additional skull damage and low electrode implantation accuracy due to backward puncture equipment,insufficient drilling and puncture theory.In this paper,combining orthogonal orthogonal orientation method and 3 D visualization technique,We tested frameless orthogonal localization using a skull model,The localization accuracy of the orthogonal frameless deep brain puncture platform was verified;We used this platform to perform minimally invasive skull hole drilling experiments,The influence of puncture parameters on the drilling force and drilling temperature,Optimized skull drilling parameters are obtained;A 3 D model of the brain brain tissue was established combined with medical imaging technology,A special fixture to support the puncture test for brain tissue;With the pig brain as the test object,Performing puncture experiments of brain tissue,The influence of different factors on the results of puncture localization was analyzed.In view of the manufacturing,installation and disassembly trouble of the framed brain stereotaxer,the external head frame caused secondary damage to patients,the lack of skull drilling function and other problems.Combined with 3 D visualization technology and orthogonal orientation method,the orthogonal frameless deep brain puncture platform is built,which has the function of drilling and puncture,and can quickly realize the coaxiality of drill bit and puncture needle,and the imitation brain transparent model is designed and manufactured to conduct puncture experiment to verify its accuracy.As cranial drilling is an important prerequisite for clinical treatment of deep brain stimulation,reasonable minimally invasive bone drilling parameters can effectively reduce additional damage to human body,reduce intraoperative pain and reduce the postoperative rehabilitation time of patients.Based on the puncture requirements of deep brain stimulation casing electrode,the study adopts 3mm diameter high speed steel twist bit as minimally invasive bone hole drilling tool,with adult pig skull as drilling object,establish the auxiliary function,with gray correlation and chip volume coefficient for the skull drilling quality evaluation index,optimize the drilling parameters of skull minimally invasive hole.The results show that for a high-speed twist bit of 3mm,when the feed speed is 30 mm/min and the spindle speed is 600 rpm,the highest gray correlation value is0.90692554,the gray correlation response diagram indicates that the spindle speed affects the drilling speed more significantly,and the chip volume coefficient is 35.71.For CT,MRI and other medical imaging techniques can only generate 2 D data images,inaccurate target positioning and no fixed fixture.Based on CT and MRI images of human skull and brain tissue,Mimics software edit image data,threshold segmentation and smooth processing.According to the inspiration of rat brain mold,pig brain fixture is designed and manufactured.Using pig brain as the test material,homemade fixture and puncture speed,2 mm/s,3mm/s,4 mm/s and 5 mm/s,and found that the puncture force increased first and then decreased with the puncture speed,and the growth rate of puncture force friction followed. |
