Spiral bevel gears are widely used in the transmission system of transportation equipment,aviation equipment and mining equipment.which are the key part of power transmission.tooth surface will be deformation when the tooth under load.Current design of spiral gear tooth surface mainly considers theoretical contact state,For spiral bevel gear pair with high transmission performance requirements,it is necessary to consider the influence of tooth deformation under load.For spiral bevel gear pair with high transmission performance requirements,it is necessary to consider the influence of contact state which caused by tooth surface deformation.At present,the load contact analysis of spiral bevel gears mainly relies on the finite element method,the calculation results are accurate but time-consuming,which is not conducive to rapid optimization of the scheme.Aiming at this problem,this paper systematically studies the analytical calculation method of spiral bevel gear rapid loading contact analysis.Deduced the tooth surface equation of spiral bevel gear,proposed the theoretical tooth contact analysis method based on Ease-Off,which improves the stability of theoretical contact analysis.Based on the theoretical contact pattern of spiral bevel gear,loading contact pattern are solved by Hertzian point contact.Based on the differential theory,the two-dimensional boundary element model of tooth profile was established.The calculation formula of single tooth meshing stiffness of spiral bevel gears is proposed by Boundary Element Method,Hertz Contact Theory and parallel stiffness model.The load distribution problem of spiral bevel gear under multi-teeth meshing is studied,and the coordination equation among load,stiffness,and deformation of single meshing pair is derived.With this equation,the force balance equation under the meshing state of multiple meshing pairs is supplemented,and the analytic calculation formula of the comprehensive stiffness of the spiral bevel gear is obtained.The loading contact pattern and loading transmission error with multiple meshing teeth are calculated.On the basis of the above methods and algorithms,a calculation program for rapid loading contact analysis of spiral bevel gears is developed.The calculation program is used to calculate the example of spiral bevel gear,and the results were compared with the finite element loading contact analysis results to proving the correctness of the program.Based on the calculation results of the example,the meshing performance optimization experiment is carried out,and the theoretical contact state of the example gear is optimized.The optimized example is analyzed by the calculation program developed in this paper.In summary the analytical calculation method of contact analysis of load state of spiral bevel gear is preliminarily solved,and the rapid loading contact analysis calculation program of spiral bevel gear is developed,and the better analysis and calculation results are obtained,which has guiding significance for the optimization of meshing performance of load state of spiral bevel gear.
