| Piston oil ring is one of the key parts in the engine.It is installed in the corresponding oil ring groove and is in the heart of the engine.Up to now,in terms of piston ring assembly,the assembly of piston gas ring has become more and more mature.However,due to the great difficulty of piston oil ring assembly,manual assembly is still mostly used for piston oil ring assembly,which is difficult to meet the requirements of oil ring assembly efficiency and assembly quality,and does not meet the current development trend of assembly automation.Therefore,the research on oil ring assembly problems and assembly methods in this paper is of great significance.Aiming at the assembly problems in oil ring assembly,this paper studies and analyzes several important factors affecting the assembly of oil ring scraper ring,and designs an assembly method of oil ring scraper ring.The specific work is as follows:(1)This paper expounds the classification of engine piston oil ring,the size parameters of combined oil ring,the manufacturing materials of combined oil ring and the problems existing in oil ring assembly.This paper studies and analyzes the causes of oil ring assembly problems,that is,the buckling deformation of the ring body,then analyzes the buckling deformation process of oil ring scraper ring in the assembly process,and introduces the method to solve the buckling deformation.(2)Taking a certain type of scraper ring as the research object,based on the finite element method,the effects of the ring height and basic diameter of the scraper ring on the buckling deformation are studied and analyzed.Using the three kinds of equations of elasticity to solve the three kinds of variables,using Matlab mathematical calculation software,the element stiffness matrix and overall stiffness matrix of the scraper ring are calculated,and the buckling load of the scraper ring is solved by using the principle of minimum potential energy.The axial deformation after exceeding the buckling load and the effects of ring height and basic diameter on the axial deformation are further analyzed.Finally,ANSYS analysis software is used for simulation verification.(3)The influence of the material and load form of the scraper ring on the buckling deformation is analyzed.Using Matlab mathematical calculation software,the buckling deformation of scraper ring under different elastic modulus and different assembly methods is obtained,and simulated and verified by ANSYS analysis software.(4)Based on the above analysis,the assembly method is designed around limiting the axial displacement of the scraper ring.For the assembly part of the scraper ring,this paper puts forward two assembly schemes,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the two schemes,and finally determines the final assembly scheme of the oil ring scraper ring,which is mainly composed of assembly groove structure,support structure,storage structure and feeding structure,and uses Solid Works and ADMAS to simulate the motion,The simulation results show that it has a good effect on the assembly of oil ring. |
