| The laminated rubber bearing is not not appropriate for three-dimensional vibration isolation.With low vertical stiffness,thick rubber bearing is widely used in three-dimensional vibration isolation.However,compared with laminated rubber bearings,thick rubber bearings are prone to buckling.In this paper,through theoretical calculation and experimental analysis,we not only did a study on the stability of thick rubber bearings,but also carried out a research on the stability and vertical mechanical properties of nested rubber bearings and layer parallel rubber bearings.The main work includes:1.Theoretical analysis,mechanical property test and stability test were carried out for thick rubber bearings.The theoretical and experimental values of the critical load of the bearing are compared.The influence of the second shape factor on the stability and vertical stiffness is analyzed.2.Propose nested rubber bearing.Comparing with the thick rubber bearing,nested rubber bearing has a better vertical properties and stability.3.It shows that the layer parallel design can effectively improve the stability of rubber bearing.The vertical compression test of the bearing specimen is carried out,the vertical mechanical property relationship between the unit rubber bearing and the layer parallel rubber bearing is studied,and the influence of the layer parallel connecting plate on the overall stability of the bearing is analyzed. |
