Places Of Religious Activities In Traditional Villages Of Qiang Nationality In Beichuan Research On Protection And Renewal

China’s thousands of years of historical development has left countless precious heritage crystals to mankind.Traditional villages are one of them.The protection and development of traditional villages can promote the local economy,inherit and carry forward the traditional culture contained in the villages,and promote the sustainable development of the villages as cultural resources in the future.However,under the tide of modernization and globalization in China in recent years,the transformation of traditional villages often applies the mode of rapid urban construction,and does not carefully study the local characteristic culture,so it is difficult to effectively maintain the local traditional cultural resources.This phenomenon is particularly evident in the traditional villages of ethnic minorities,especially in the traditional villages under the influence of Pan God belief and primitive religious culture represented by Qiang nationality.Religious life is mixed with daily life.The extensive transformation method will seriously affect the inheritance of local traditional culture and damage cultural heritage resources.Taking the genius loci in architectural phenomenology as the theoretical tool,this paper combs the beliefs and places of Qiang culture,creatively puts forward the concept of "place of religious activities",and on this basis,puts forward that the core point of protecting Qiang traditional village religious culture is to maintain the place spirit of religious activities and protect its basic religious activities and daily life needs.Taking the characteristic village in the list of Chinese traditional villages-Heishui village,machao Township,Beichuan County,Mianyang City,Sichuan Province as a case study,this paper analyzes the current situation of its religious activities,distinguishes the protection measures and renewal measures based on religious activities and daily activities,and analyzes the proposed measures and their objectives from macro to micro from three aspects of design principles,strategies and measures,In order to promote the protection and renewal of traditional village religious venues,and can more effectively maintain the local characteristic culture.The full text is divided into six chapters.The first chapter combs the relevant literature,finds the definition of religious activity place and the analysis tool of phenomenology,and puts forward that its protection and renewal should pay attention to the maintenance of place spirit;The second and third chapters further analyze the religious characteristics and representation of Qiang religious activity places in theory,and believe that the place spirit of Qiang religious activity places includes its religious characteristics,that is,the mixture of religion and daily activities,as well as the material space of the place itself,that is,the village public space.At the same time,the representation of the place is closely related to religious activities,It can be classified into family religious activity places and public religious activity places according to the place where the activities take place;The fourth and fifth chapters analyze the current situation of religious activity sites in Heishui village combined with specific cases,confirm the effectiveness of the definition of religious activity sites and phenomenological methods from the perspective of empirical analysis,and find that taking religion and daily life as the benchmark,they can analyze and evaluate the current situation of religious activity sites,find the causes of the situation,analyze the transformation measures from the perspective of phenomenology,and put forward corresponding Protection and renewal measures that can better maintain the religious culture with local characteristics.The sixth chapter summarizes the process of analyzing the places of religious activities based on religion and daily life,puts forward the methods of analyzing the transformation and renewal strategies of the places of religious activities based on it,and further prospects some situations limited to the future research.In general,in view of the current situation that the characteristic religious and cultural connotation of Qiang traditional villages in China needs to be excavated urgently,this paper proposes to protect the spirit of places of religious activities based on architectural phenomenology,which needs to maintain the basis of their religion and daily life,and take this as the judgment standard to decide the protection or renewal measures.
