| The deep foundation pit engineering of subway station is generally located in the prosperous area of the city.Once an accident occurs,the consequence is serious and the influence is bad.Therefore,In the process of urban subway construction,safety will be emphasized.In this paper,numerical simulation and other means are used to study the stability of shenzhen Longgang Automobile Station deep foundation pit construction process and the optimization of supporting structure.The main research results are as follows:(1)Midas/GTS calculation results show that the longgang bus station in deep foundation pit wall wall with deep horizontal displacement,the strut axial forces in the deep foundation pit,and the characteristics of stressed deformation of surrounding ground settlement in accordance with the deformation law of deep foundation pit engineering and structural deformation values are not more than the corresponding early warning value,shows that the deep foundation pit engineering in the design of the wall is safe,The overall construction scheme of deep foundation pit engineering is reasonable and feasible.(2)the analysis of field measured data,it is concluded that the longgang bus station of deep foundation pit wall wall with deep horizontal displacement,and other indicators in the whole construction process of stress deformation characteristics are almost consistent with the simulation results,but the measured values larger overall than the simulation value,it should be by the time-space effect of deep foundation pit construction process,mechanical disturbance,soil digging causes,The maximum values of the two indexes are within the range of warning values of corresponding indexes and there is a certain surplus space.(3)Of the deep foundation pit supporting structure scheme from the ground even wall thickness,steel support horizontal arrangement spacing optimization analyzes two indicators,it is concluded that to even wall thickness can be reduced from the original design of the 0.8m to 0.6 m,steel support level arrangement spacing can be increased from the original design of the 3 m to 4 m,at this time to even the wall deep horizontal displacement and other indexes meet the requirements.Through optimization research,the economic benefit of the deep foundation pit is improved. |
