| With the globalization of commodities,the demand for packaging of products of different sizes and specifications has expanded,and the packaging line employees of a large number of enterprises have been working under high load for a long time.The demand for highly adaptable packaging equipment in my country’s packaging industry is increasing.Intelligent packaging equipment can shorten the packaging time of a single product,especially the time-consuming packaging of products of different specifications and sizes in the same batch,reduce the workload of packaging line employees,and also reduce the requirements for employee proficiency.Therefore,digital packaging equipment operations are calculated.It is imperative to optimize and realize the intelligent transformation of equipment.Based on the needs of the enterprise project "Development of Bubble Packaging Automation Complete Equipment",this paper aims to develop an intelligent packaging equipment that can quickly identify coil specifications,automatically complete packaging operations,and turn over and send out.Its mechanical structure,control hardware system development and software writing Three aspects are studied to realize the integrated process of coil packaging.The main research work and conclusions include:(1)Cooperate with enterprises and their distributors to conduct statistical analysis of commonly used cylindrical coils,obtain market mainstream cylindrical coil specifications and based on the data,select the coil specifications with the most market demand for research.Analyze and optimize the coil packaging process route and process,and use UG to design different stations that can meet the functions of coil transportation,measurement,packaging,and turnover,and complete the required packaging process in the smallest possible movement space.In addition,this research also breaks the inherent mode of the traditional linear packaging line,and designs a more compact "Z-shaped" packaging route,which effectively reduces the requirements for the specifications of the packaging workshop.(2)ABAQUS is used to analyze the impact of the coil when it reaches the regulating wheel of the lifting platform.Taking the cylinder thrust as the predefined field and the spatial coordinates of the key points of the mechanism as the condition,the influence of coil arrival on the packaging hoist was calculated and solved.The fatigue life check is completed after input the calculation results of coil impact into FE-safe.ADAMS was used to carry out kinematic analysis of the flipping mechanism.The angular acceleration was taken as the optimization objective,the distance from the cylinder to the hinge points was taken as the optimization factor,and the spatial coordinates of the key points of the mechanism were taken as constraints.The local optimization was based on MATLAB.The algorithm optimized the mechanism and verified the correctness of the design and optimization results by comparison.On the premise that the turning mechanism meets the space requirements,it ensures the completion of its smooth operation and realizes the good quality of coil packaging.(3)Conduct hardware integration and automation control system development research.Comprehensively analyze the functional requirements of the control system of the intelligent packaging equipment,and make an overall plan for the overall system;select the appropriate type and quantity of hardware equipment according to the needs;explain the main circuit and its low-voltage circuit distribution and electrical schematic diagrams such as servo drives;in TIA Select equipment and complete hardware configuration and network configuration in Portal software,realize hardware development and integration of intelligent packaging equipment,and provide research support for the subsequent development of touch screen functions and the writing of control programs.(4)Research on the control interface and controller program of the host computer.Use scl language to write the overall control program,and introduce it in the form of flow chart.In the process of writing,with the help of writing and calling of FB blocks,the repetitive writing of control statements is reduced.The real-time data of the measurement station is used instead of manual commands as the key command input of the subsequent stations,which greatly shortens the packaging interval of different coils and effectively improves the packaging efficiency of coils.From the measurement of coil specifications to the completion of packaging and delivery,the system runs autonomously.Only the operator needs to provide material replenishment of paper cover and bubble film to realize intelligent identification and efficient packaging of coils of different specifications.Starting from the functional requirements,the touch screen function development and PLC control program are designed respectively,including the operation of the man-machine interface,the screen functions such as monitoring and alarming,and the control program design of the electrical controls,which is not only convenient for installation and initial performance debugging,but also It provides a strong support for subsequent fault judgment. |
