One Belt,One Road,the Background Of Investment Risk In The Construction Of China Laos Expressway Project

In recent years,with the continuous development of the world economy and the increasing number of overseas investment,Chinese enterprises have also appeared on the world stage.Foreign investment is one of the ways for Chinese enterprises to go to the world.Especially in the traditional field of overseas general contracting competition,under the background of the government’s continuous reduction of public expenditure and foreign debt,investment has become the main way for Chinese enterprises to open the world market.After Chinese enterprises experienced the madness and chaos in the early stage of foreign investment,the government and enterprises also realized the importance of foreign investment risk.Based on the research of scholars,the the Belt and Road initiative,and the relevant theories and research of China’s foreign（laos）investment risk,this paper applies the basic theory of investment risk to the investment business practice of China Laos expressway through literature research,case analysis,statistical analysis and expert consultation,based on the theoretical model of risk estimation,risk identification and evaluation.Through the collection of relevant materials of China Laos expressway,we understand the policy and legal information of Laos,and summarize the characteristics of the project investment and its role under the the Belt and Road.At the same time,an objective analysis is made on the drawbacks brought by the infrastructure,construction,planning,technology,operation and management capabilities of the China Laos expressway construction project in the investment process.On this basis,the internal and external factors of China Laos expressway project are systematically and completely analyzed.The political,economic,environmental,legal and other factors in the construction are defined in detail,and the risk assessment index of engineering construction is established.At the same time,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for solving the model is introduced in detail,and the countermeasures and preventive measures for investment risk are put forward.In order to verify the feasibility and applicability of the risk assessment model established this time,the practicality of the model will be analyzed through cases.This paper expounds the conclusions and shortcomings of the main research,and puts forward new views on the investment and implementation risks of future highway construction projects in Laos;It provides ideas for future research in Laos.Taking the risk of project investment as an example,this paper makes an empirical analysis by using AHP and fuzzy mathematics methods,and puts forward practical and reasonable risk response and preventive measures to enhance the awareness of project investment risk prevention and improve the level of project investment,which has a certain reference significance for the development of highway construction in Laos.
