Tianyong expressway project is one of the projects planned by the state to promote the surrounding economy of Qingyang City,Gansu Province.Considering that the construction process needs to spend a lot of time,a lot of human and material resources and a lot of money.The construction plan should be made before the construction.Once the project plan has errors or rework,it will cause a lot of waste of resources.Therefore,in the process of project management,we must take full account of the possible schedule risk of the project.These schedule risks may affect the achievement of the scheduled schedule objectives of the project.We need to manage the progress risk of the project,and the process of progress risk management needs to analyze the influencing factors of all aspects of the project.Minimize the impact of schedule risk to ensure the normal progress of the project.Based on the experience of domestic and foreign expressway projects,combined with the development characteristics of China's expressway projects,this paper mainly takes the Tianyong expressway project as an example,through a series of research,to find out the path of schedule risk management suitable for China's expressway projects.The main content includes the research background,purpose and the stage and content of this research.Then it analyzes the relevant theory of schedule risk,expounds the project of Tianyong Expressway and the identification of schedule risk,and then carries out the assessment and result analysis of schedule risk,and puts forward the schedule risk management and preventive measures.The last part is the summary of the paper.Through the analysis of this paper and the summary of my own point of view,it points out the shortcomings of the paper.Based on a large number of relevant theoretical research and specific case analysis,this paper analyzes various task indicators and construction environment in the construction process of Tianyong expressway project,and makes in-depth study on some possible progress risk factors.It uses AHP and fuzzy comprehensive analysis methods to assess the progress risk,and how to prevent progress risk and progress risk.After the emergence of the response measures,a theoretical analysis.Combined with the comprehensive consideration of schedule risk in similar projects,the paper analyzes the schedule risk management of Tianyong expressway project,and the analysis process has certain supplement to the relevant project schedule risk management,which is worthy of reference.
