At a time when the new generation of digital technology is arriving and new car manufacturers are emerging,the automotive manufacturing industry is facing increasing competitive pressures and challenges in the industry.In the traditional automotive manufacturing industry,the existing management models can no longer meet the needs of emerging business development.The effect of "5+5" in the automobile industry is causing digital intelligence and sharing tendencies to emerge,posing significant challenges to the traditional management model.Promoting digital transformation in all sectors is necessary for long-term survival and development in the face of increasingly demanding external pressures and a more dynamic industry environment.Enterprise development challenges and opportunities coexist in the "Big data,artificial intelligence,mobile internet,cloud computing,Io T,blockchain" technological basis.How to use the rapidly developing technology to transform in time to obtain the core competitiveness and profitability for sustainable development is an urgent issue for existing enterprises to think about and confront.Financial management is the core and concentration of enterprise management,so the transformation and upgrading of the financial management model is a key step in the transformation of enterprise management.The financial sharing model has arisen in tandem with the continuous development and expansion of companies.It is also progressively being promoted and implemented in large corporations in China.The continuous application of financial sharing can greatly increase an enterprise’s digitization level and production efficiency,at the same time,it also plays a significant role in optimizing and promoting the overall business and organizational construction of the entire company.This thesis takes Dongfang Group as the research body of the case study,assesses the present state and difficulties with Dongfang Group’s financial accounting process,and proposes measures and strategies to the problems.Orient Group has been the number one in passenger vehicle terminal production and sales for three consecutive years and is the industry leader in the automobile sector in China.As a result,the Dongfang Group’s example is generally typical of the industry,and may also serve as a source of development ideas and reference strategies for other companies.The author integrates theory and practice for the case of Dongfang Group,and based on economies of scale theory,resource allocation theory,process re-engineering theory and sharing economy theory,as well as on the previous literature review and point of view,the author digs deeper and analyzes the existing accounts receivable and accounts payable of Dongfang Group and other common financial accounting processes in the group.By analyzing Dongfang Group’s financial accounting processes and conducting a more detailed examination of its process efficiency,business cooperation rate,and employee motivation,etc,the author discovered that the company’s primary issues are low process efficiency,a separation of financial accounting and business processes,and low employee motivation,etc.Through an in-depth examination of the aforementioned issues,this thesis demonstrates that the root causes of Dongfang Group’s financial process difficulties are threefold: inadequate digital construction,unscientific process design,and an irrational organizational structure.To address the issues with Dongfang Group’s financial accounting process,this thesis puts forward some recommendations for transforming and upgrading the financial control mode,as well as optimizing the management model in all aspects of organization,process,system,and operation.The scheme design for the construction of the financial sharing mode formulates the aims and principles of the financial sharing mode and introduces the specific building design plan in detail.To ensure the financial sharing mode operates smoothly,a financial sharing mode implementation plan is developed,and operation guarantee measures are supplied from three perspectives: system,capital,and organizational personnel.By establishing the financial sharing mode and designing the scheme and safeguard measures associated with it,the Dongfang Group’s user experience can be enhanced.Continuously optimizing and enhancing Dongfang Group’s financial core competitiveness in areas such as financial business integration,data security control,multi-dimensional business analysis,policy and regulation requirement,operation monitoring management,and new business expansion of the new company,in order to address internal and external competitive pressures.Additionally,the author hopes that the research on Dongfang Group would provide development ideas and reference plans for other companies.
