Abstract/Summary:
In recent years,with the rapid development of the national economy,the demand for bulk material transportation machinery and equipment in all walks of life is increasing,and the requirements for it are also getting higher and higher.For example,it is required to improve work efficiency and improve its safety.As an important part of bulk material transportation machinery,bucket wheel stacker and reclaimer is widely used in large bulk material loading and unloading operation sites such as wharfs,mines,and power plants.As a key component of the bucket wheel stacker and reclaimer,the bucket wheel body is in direct contact with the material during the reclaiming process,and the force is complex.Therefore,the interaction between the bucket wheel body and the material during the reclaiming process is studied.The improved design and rational use of the reclaimer are of great significance.Based on the discrete element principle,this paper studies the reclaiming process of the bucket wheel body of the bucket wheel stacker and reclaimer.Taking the bucket wheel body of the bucket wheel stacker and reclaimer of a power plant as the research object,the EDEM software is used to measure the level of the bucket wheel stacker and reclaimer.The material reclaiming process is simulated and analyzed,and the specific research contents are as follows:The coal material of a power plant was pretreated,and the static angle of repose of the coal was measured by the angle of repose test.A simplified particle model of the coal was established according to the discrete element principle,and three factors and three levels were selected through the experimental design theory.For discrete element parameter calibration,the extraction of parameter calibration simulation results is completed by programming EDEMpy,and a set of parameters closest to the angle of repose test results are selected as the basis for the simulation of the horizontal reclaiming process of the bucket wheel stacker-reclaimer.In order to obtain the influence of different factors on the horizontal reclaiming process of the bucket wheel stacker and reclaimer,we choose to change the bucket wheel speed,the translation speed of the mechanism,and the bucket wheel inclination to observe the horizontal reclaiming process of the bucket wheel body.First,set the simulation parameters in EDEM,then import the three-dimensional model of the bucket wheel built by UG software,and generate a coal pile for simulation.The force of the wheel body is compared and analyzed,and the optimal working parameters are obtained.Through the observation of the wear diagram of the bucket wheel body through EDEM,it is found that the bucket teeth are relatively easy to fail,and suggestions are provided for the improvement of the bucket teeth,which has a certain reference significance for the subsequent improvement of the design and manufacture level of the bucket wheel body.
