Sunlight has the advantages of wide distribution,environmental friendliness,huge reserves,etc.Since the solar tracking system was first developed in the 1960s,it has developed more maturely and has become an important pillar of the modern energy industry.Solar tracking system is an important way to use solar energy.The solar panel can be controlled to track the movement of the sun,which can improve the power generation efficiency of solar panels.The system has great research significance and practical application value.This dissertation focuses on the research of the solar tracking system,aiming to research and develop a new type of solar tracking system,namely the spherical detector array system.The dissertation first summarizes the development of the solar tracking system,briefly introduces the development of the solar tracking system.It also describes the structure of the solar tracking system and the realization of the solar tracking system.Aiming at the problem that the optical detection system and optical tracking system of the traditional solar tracking system are not separated,and one optical detection system cannot control multiple optical tracking systems.This dissertation proposes a spherical detector array system to realize the function of one spherical detector array to remotely control multiple optical tracking systems.In this dissertation,firstly,it explains how the spherical detector array system detects sunlight,and explains how the spherical detector array remotely controls the optical tracking system for accurate rotation,and the circuit architecture is designed through Altium Designer software.The circuit of the spherical detector array system is divided into three parts,namely the signal acquisition and processing part,the solar panel control part and the sampling part for measuring the power of the solar panel.The circuit driver code is written in C language through Keil software.After all the codes and driving circuits of the spherical detector array system are developed,we placed the spherical detector array system outdoors with a stationary reference solar panel for testing.The working voltage and current data of the solar panels were collected every ten minutes through the sampling circuit.the data was displayed on the LCD screen and was recorded by us.Draw the power curve on the Origin software,and calculate the improved power generation efficiency of the spherical detector array system compared with the reference solar panel.This dissertation introduces an intelligent and efficient photovoltaic power generation system based on a spherical detector array.After the design verification,the photovoltaic power generation solar tracking system is proved to be simple and feasible.We have conducted continuous long-term testing in an outdoor environment.Through the analysis of the power generation and output of solar panels from different angles,the test results show that compared with the stationary solar panels,the power generation efficiency of the solar panels driven by the steering gear is increased by43.5%.We believe that the new photovoltaic power generation system proposed in this dissertation provides a set of effective solutions for low-cost,highly flexible photovoltaic power generation scenarios.
