| Known as the "king of land warfare",armored vehicles are land warfare weapons with super firepower output,strong protective armor and high mobility.The engine is the power source of the armored vehicle,and the engine bracket plays the role of bearing the weight of the engine,preventing the vibration of the engine,and connecting the power compartment and the engine.Because the driving conditions of armored vehicles are extremely complex and the vehicles are often in a state of strong vibration,the engine bracket is required to have good impact resistance to ensure that the engine provides sufficient power for the armored vehicle.The impact force that has the greatest impact on the engine bracket is the pressure in the vertical direction,so this paper focuses on the force test of the engine bracket,and designs an engine bracket pressure test system.On this basis,combined with high-speed and large-capacity storage technology and optical fiber transmission technology,innovation is made.The main research contents of this paper are as follows.(1)Design of the engine bracket pressure test system;It includes the design of integrated sensing components,the overall structure design of the test system and the design of hardware circuits.(2)Integrated design of engine bracket,sensor and recording unit;This design greatly improves the space utilization rate of the power cabin.In addition to the functions of supporting,connecting and fixing the engine,it also has the functions of dynamic testing and information transmission.The recording unit shell has the characteristics of high temperature resistance,shock resistance and electromagnetic interference resistance,which can ensure the normal operation of the internal test circuit in the harsh environment of the power cabin.(3)Design of high speed mass storage circuit;A 5×8 Flash storage array is constructed through pipeline technology and parallel expansion technology,and dual pipeline scheduling between channels and within channels is completed through logic design,and a combination block-based bad block management with faster read and write speed and simpler logic is selected.The method realizes high-speed and large-capacity storage of test data.(4)Design of optical fiber transmission system;While the analog signal recording unit of the test system stores data locally,it transmits the test data to the remote data receiving unit of the test system through optical fiber,which complements the local storage,ensures the safety and reliability of the test data,and realizes the Real-time monitoring of test data at the remote end solves the problems of long reading time and difficulty in reading in the harsh environment of the engine room.(5)The pressure-bit value calibration formula of the engine bracket is obtained through the static calibration test;the correctness of the calibration formula is verified through the test system verification test,and the engine bracket pressure test system meets the design requirements;the engine bracket pressure test system is tested on a real vehicle,and analyzed the test data in detail. |
