Wind tunnel balance is the key measurement equipment in aerodynamic test.The accuracy of wind tunnel balance determines the reliability of aerodynamic test.With the increasing requirements of aerodynamic testing in hypersonic wind tunnel,the traditional strain balance,which is easily affected by the test conditions of high temperature,can't meet the requirement of hypersonic wind tunnel test.Therefore,how to find the new technology of balance to ensure its stability in complex environment is an urgent problem to be solved at present.Compared with resistive strain gague,Fabry-Perot strain gauge has the advantages of anti-electromagnetic interference,high temperature resistance and high sensitivity,this paper takes Fabry-Perot strain gauge into the design of six-component balance to solve the problem of temperature effect and electromagnetic interference.First of all,complete the six-component fiber balance's structural design with the consideration of Fabry-Perot strain gauge's characteristics.And use finite element stress analysis of the balance structure to complete the strength check and complete the processing of six-component optical balance.Then,according to the installation requirements of fiber Fabry-Perot strain gage,the wiring scheme of the fiber and the combining mode of strain gauge's output are analyzed and designed,and research the patch technology for Fabry-Perot strain gauge.To avoid unnecessary damage to the six-component fiber balance during the installation of the strain gage,This paper presents the corresponding solution,using the three-component fiber balance to validate the influence of the installation process of fiber strain gauges and different bridge output modes on the performance of the balance.The results show that the performance of the three-component optical fiber balance can meet the requirements of the National Military Conformity Standard,Part of the performance indicators,it has a great advantage compared with the traditional resistance strain balance.At the same time,the feasibility of using fiber strain measurement technology in balance measurement system is verified.And laid a solid foundation for the further research of six-component fiber balance.
