Metal rubber material was successfully developed in 1960s, which mainly relies on the relative motion between the wires to produce dry friction vibration energy consumption, and thus to bring about the isolation effect. Metal rubber is a high damping material, easy to form a variety of traits, and has highly adaptable. Metal rubber in the industrial sector has been widely used.In the paper, metal rubber dry friction damper isolation theory is discussed, for follow-up research provides a theoretical foundation. Combined with the internal structural characteristics of metal rubber damper elastic element, analyze the static characteristics of metal rubber damper. There are two non-linear analysis model analyze metal rubber model, and finally through the reciprocating compressor base metal rubber damper isolation mechanism to analyze and establish the mathematical model by loads. From a mathematical point of view analyze the structure of complexity. Solidworks software was used for metal rubber damper equivalent modeling and simulation. The results showed that, with these design parameters, the metal rubber dampers meet the yield strength, and the needs of isolation ZW-3/7-type reciprocating compressor work properly. The work on theoretical modeling of metal rubber dry friction damper isolation system is further applied to the relate fields that can be achieved on a reciprocating compressor equipment vibration phenomenon provides an effective means of damping vibration isolation, isolation from the system, the computer aspects of simulation methods for theoretical research and application of metal rubber isolator technology, a new understanding, and the future in which the metal rubber isolation system study gives specific direction.
