With the development trend of intelligence and precision in modern warfare,countries are paying more and more attention to the research and development of long-range strike weapons.In the research and development of long-range strike weapons such as artillery shells and missiles,the range test is an indispensable and important part.The range test can test the strike accuracy of the long-range strike weapon and obtain the flight attitude,acceleration and other ballistic parameters collected and stored in the projectile.Whether evaluating the impact accuracy of the projectile or facilitating the recovery of the projectile,it is necessary to determine the landing point of the projectile.However,there is currently no convenient and lowcost system for positioning the landing point of the shooting range.In this paper,by analyzing the characteristics of the projectile landing vibration signal,combined with the actual engineering needs,a landing point monitoring system based on the vibration signal is proposed.By using LoRa wireless networking technology,this system can effectively monitor a wide range of areas,obtaining vibration signals by designing integrated nodes,and quickly and accurately locate the impact point of projectile through vibration signal data processing and positioning algorithm,which greatly facilitates the shooting target reporting and projectile recovery.First of all,the paper analyzes the technical requirements for the location of projectiles in the shooting range and the research status at home and abroad,expounds the advantages and disadvantages of different schemes,and determines the positioning scheme based on vibration signals.Based on the analysis of the transmission characteristics of the vibration signal,combined with the characteristics of the wide range and complex environment of the shooting range,the overall scheme of the monitoring system is designed,and the key problems and solutions to be solved by the system are summarized.Secondly,from the perspective of engineering requirements and environmental adaptability,the external structure and internal functional modules of the test node system are designed,and detailed solutions are proposed for key issues such as distributed synchronous acquisition,node positioning,and low power consumption,which are verified by experiments.feasibility of the plan.The node system has the advantages of integration,integration,low power consumption,and easy installation and layout,and provides a hardware basis for vibration positioning.In order to realize large-scale node control and recovery of vibration data,a wireless networking system structure and framework based on LoRa technology is proposed.According to the characteristics of LoRa transmission technology,the communication process and group communication protocol in the networking system are designed.The coverage of the networking system reaches 1.5km,and the transmission capability can meet the data recovery and node control requirements of the shooting range.Finally,according to the source location algorithm,the preprocessing algorithm and TDOA location algorithm of the vibration signal are studied.By comparing various filtering algorithms,the devising method based on EMD-wavelet threshold is determined,and the time delay estimation algorithm based on cross-correlation is studied.Experiments to verify that the delay estimation error is less than 1ms,study the TDOA positioning algorithm and solution algorithm,design a simulated projectile landing experiment,and verify the engineering application ability of the monitoring system and the positioning accuracy of the algorithm.
