As the main functional component of the tracked armored vehicle,the comprehensive transmission device’s health status will directly affect the maneuverability of the armored vehicle.Due to the harsh working environment of the armored vehicle and the complex structure of the integrated transmission device,if a component in the device fails,the entire vehicle will fail,seriously affecting the reliability,safety and stability of the vehicle.Therefore,collecting and storing the characteristic parameters of the integrated transmission is an important measure to ensure the stable operation of the armored vehicle.Aiming at the complex structure and special application environment of the integrated transmission,this paper develops and designs a real-time storage device for vehicle parameters based on Mesh network.The specific work is described as follows:Firstly,according to the test storage requirements and networking characteristics of the real-time storage device,through the investigation of the currently widely used wireless Mesh network technology,the Wi Fi-Mesh network is selected as the system networking method.On this basis,the overall architecture scheme of the real-time storage device is designed,and the multi-sensor dynamic adaptation technology and the distributed test system based on Mesh network are expounded.Secondly,the hardware system design of the real-time storage device is carried out according to the functional testing requirements.A general storage sub-board and multiple types of test sub-boards are designed using the multi-sensing dynamic adaptation technology.According to the on-site test requirements,the main control and functional modules of each sub-board are selected,and the corresponding peripheral circuits are designed,and the corresponding PCB boards are drawn.On the basis of completing the hardware platform,the corresponding firmware functions and application programs are designed.Then,the system is designed based on Wi Fi-Mesh network.The wireless Mesh network is built according to the Mesh protocol;the synchronization of network clocks is realized by the TPSN protocol;the system tasks are planned according to Free RTOS;Table-driven routing protocol for intra-communication.Finally,in order to ensure the stable and reliable operation of the real-time storage device,verification tests are carried out on the established Mesh network and each functional module of the system.The test results show that the system can realize network formation and clock synchronization;each node can complete the collection,storage and real-time upload of characteristic parameters.
