| With the upgrading of information technology in the manufacturing industry,the advantages of NX’s Mechatronic Concept Design system for its application are becoming increasingly prominent in the context of the Industry 4.0.Using MCD system can manage the user’s products,and the system can give the user a suggestion of design proposal.In MCD system,intelligent classification is still in the early stage.MCD system is the core systems under the NX platform.If the intelligent function can be introduced into MCD,it will be better able to improve the convenience of the system and the user experience.Because of the background and reasons,the thesis proposes a hybrid model algorithm for intelligent classification of simulated material shape based on several different deep learning model algorithms on industrial assembly lines,and an intelligent classification system for simulated material shapes has been designed and implemented under the Siemens MCD system.The main contributions in the thesis are as follows:1.Research on an intelligent classification model algorithm for simulated material shapes based on machine learning: The research is used to design an intelligent classification model algorithm for simulated material shapes.2.Design and implementation of a functional module for intelligent classification of simulated material shapes: In the MCD system,the thesis designs and improves functional modules of Transportbody.It will be used for intelligent classification of simulated material shapes.3.Validation of the model algorithm and evaluation of the functional performance of the functional modules: In this thesis,the precision of the intelligent classification model algorithm is verified by experiments.In the simulation mode of the MCD system,the thesis will test the functionality and performance of this functional module through experiment.This thesis proposes a hybrid model algorithm for simulated material shape classification for MCD system simulation.It compared to traditional classification algorithms,this algorithm has the advantage of fast convergence and high accuracy in the simulation of material data sets.Based on this algorithm,an intelligent classification system is designed and implemented for industrial intelligent simulation pipeline,which provides technical support for the intelligent development of MCD system. |
