| With the deepening application of 3D CAD technology,the design pattern of the traditional manufacturing industry has been gradually transformed from the 2D design pattern to the 3D design pattern,and the 3D plant design technology derived from the 3D design pattern has become increasingly important.The 3D plant design technology can not only be intuitive of the display factory layout of the 3D production line,but also by analyzing the process and then optimize the product processing technology.The factory 3D model can also be used as a data flow and information flow carrier in combination with system simulation software to build a simulation model of a plant’s production line using process data information(tact,control logic,etc.)to validate process planning and capacity,equipment Utilization rate analysis.The use of 3D design technology and visual process simulation technology can also pass from production line design to simulation optimization,and then to the actual production of data flow and information flow.In this paper,aiming at the shortcomings of the existing automobile assembly line design pattern,this paper studies the construction and retrieval of the design resource library of the assembly line intelligent design system,a smart assembly method based on spatial distance perception and the visual technology simulation technology.The main research contents are as follows:(1)The shortcomings of the existing design mode of the automobile assembly line are analyzed,and the technical framework of the intelligent design system for the automobile assembly line is put forward.(2)The design resource base of automobile assembly line is constructed,and the method of improving K-NN resource retrieval is put forward.Based on the analysis of the existing design resources of automobile assembly line,the design resources are classified and structured,and the design resource library of automobile assembly line is constructed.The similarity calculation method of attribute values of different design resources is designed,and an improved nearest neighbor search algorithm is proposed,which is applied to the retrieval of design resources of automobile assembly line,which effectively improves the retrieval efficiency of existing design resources.(3)An intelligent assembly method based on spatial distance perception is studied.The assembly process is tedious and time-consuming in the construction of the 3D model of the automobile assembly line.In order to realize the rapid construction of 3D model of automobile assembly line,by analyzing the assembly characteristics of 3D assembly model of assembly unit,an intelligent assembly method based on spatial distance perception is put forward.The intelligent assembly algorithm improves the assembly efficiency of the 3D model of the automobile assembly line effectively.(4)The visualization technology simulation technology of automobile assembly line is studied.The framework of visual process simulation model is put forward,that is,"process simulation model = data + logic +3D".The concrete process of constructing the visual process simulation model of the automobile assembly line is given.In order to improve the efficiency of the visualization process simulation model,the commonly used simulation unit models are encapsulated and integrated into the simulation unit model library to achieve the reuse of the simulation unit model resources.(5)The intelligent design system of automobile assembly line is developed by using the system integration technology and the secondary development technology of SolidWorks.The design system has been successfully applied to the design and construction project of the automobile assembly line of a design institute. |
