With the development of wireless charging technology and its wide range of applications,the importance of power safety and simplicity in industrial sites has increased in recent years.As loads are mobile in real industrial sites,traditional fixed wireless charging,where the transmitter and receiver remain fixed,can no longer meet the requirements of flexible and changing loads.The study is conducted for the loose power supply of the receiving load during the space movement.The purpose is to make it possible to supply power effectively even when the load end is not aligned with the transmitter end,to expand the energy transmission plane,and to make it possible to supply power to the load with a certain degree of freedom.The main research contents and work of this paper are as follows.(1)The system composition of the MCR-WPT is analyzed,and the two coupling coil structures commonly used in magnetically coupled resonant type are analyzed by equivalent circuit theoretical modeling.A theoretical analysis of the received load power as well as the transmission efficiency of the system is conducted to investigate the factors affecting the energy transmission distance of the magnetically coupled resonant type.(2)The transmission characteristics in the axial and radial directions are analyzed from a single transmitting coil,and the causes of the frequency splitting phenomenon are analyzed.Based on the limitation of the small energy receiving plane of the single transmitting coil system,two different relay-coupled planar array transmitting structures are proposed and analyzed;based on the analysis results,the parallel transmitting array structure is then optimized and the equivalent circuit and magnetic field analysis are performed;based on the characteristics of the planar parallel transmitting array structure in the energy receiving plane of the magnetic field is not uniform,it is further optimized and a multi-layer overlapping array structure is proposed.Based on the characteristics of the planar parallel-emitting array structure in the energy-receiving plane,a multi-layer overlapping array structure is further optimized and an equivalent circuit and magnetic field analysis are performed.(3)Starting from a planar parallel array structure and a multilayer overlapping array structure,the influence of the receiving coil on the transmission efficiency of the transmission system when rotating around the spatial coordinate axes X,Y,and Z is analyzed,and the reasons for its different transmission characteristics under different rotation angles are analyzed from the perspective of magnetic coupling.A spatial array transmitting structure is proposed and simulated according to the magnetic coupling characteristics,which enables the receiving coil to receive energy even when it is rotated in space.(4)The proposed several array transmitting coil structures are physically fabricated on PCB,and the circuit parameters are measured and tuned using a vector network analyzer for the coil objects.The transmission characteristics of the coupled system are tested by vector network and compared with the simulation results,and the causes of experimental errors are analyzed.Finally,the MCR-WPT wireless transmission power experimental platform is built to conduct power experiments under load for different transmitting array structure systems to test the transmission characteristics of the system under practical application scenarios.
