The application of unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)in modern society various fields are more and more widely,the performance of launch system matched with it is also asked more and more high,my school and zhengzhou a military unit jointly develop a new type of UAV hydraulic launch system.This paper is based on the actual project that mentioned above as the background,launch stage of the launch system as the research object,the structure of the system is studied and designed,the simulation analyses of the launch stage's movement characteristics are carried on,some useful conclusions are obtained.Firstly,based on the requirements of the UAV hydraulic launch system,this article studies the basic structure,manufacturing technique,researches launch system may encounter all kinds of influencing factors in the application process of future,determines the working principle and total design scheme of the launch system.Secondly,on the basis of simplifying some influential factors,the flow path of energy in the system is analyzed,and according to the system power flow diagram,the power bond graph is drawn,the state equation of the system is deduced.After determining the initial value of the system state variables and the numerical value of the main working parameters,based on fixed-step fourth order Runge-kutta method,the simulation model of the system is programmed by MATLAB,the real-time changing law of the movement characteristics parameters during the launch process are obtained.the accumulator volume,accumulator inflation pressure,accumulator charging pressure,motor displacement,the quality of UAV and sliding dolly,drum diameter,wire rope capacitive are the main working parameters,its size and reasonable match have an important impact on the launch performance of the system,the value's selection of the above-mentioned parameters are respectively analyzed by using the simulation model that has been verified,the changing law of this parameters to the movement characteristics of the system launch stage are obtained.Finally,according to the simulation results,the structure of UAV hydraulic launch system is detailed designed,the final structure design of the launch rack,carrying sliding dolly,power system,and buffer system are done.The hydraulic launch way that is used in this paper,is an advanced UAV launch way in the world,the research conclusion can provide the theoretical guidance and reference for the similar systems' design and research of the future,can also provide new ideas and methods for developing other high-speed movement of engineering machinery.
